Nestled in the foothills of Eungella National Park, in behind Calen (Camerons Pocket), this great campsite offers you the opportunity to go swimming, fishing in the fresh water, put a tube in the creek and relax by a campfire. Oh, and there's berries!​ You will be camping right beside St Helen Creek, just a throwing distance from the Strawberry Farm which is open during the winter months (July- September). There is access to toilets and showers, but you will need to bring your own drinking water. You are welcome to have a small campfire in one of our dedicated firepits, and enjoy the starry skies at night. This campsite offers the perfect experience for the whole family. For an additional fee, you can pick strawberries from July- September. Blueberry picking is from October to January. There is lots of wildlife around from kookaburras to kangaroos. Plenty of places to swim if you wanted it to be more private. The campsite area is 2WD accessible and we can accommodate tents through to caravans, campervans and larger camping vehicles. Got there in the dark which didn't help but seemingly no numbers anywhere to identify the sites that we had booked and also no obvious indication of the amenities location. Wouldn't stay again based on this experience

Thanks for having us Tim, we absolutely love your land and hospitality. We have camped twice at the strawberry farm. The kids have a ball riding their bikes and swimming in the crystal clear creek. Love the camp fires. We can’t wait to visit again soon

Site 9 - Strawberry Farm Campsite
Absolutely love camping here! Definitely my favourite spot. The sites are beautiful and grassy with enough shade in the afternoon and the swimming hole right at the campsite is perfection. You can sit and chill where the little kids are able to splash about in the shallow water while the big kids can go out in the deeper water for a refreshing swim. Don’t forget to head up and check out the Cameron’s Pocket swimming hole up the road too. Will definitely be returning. Thanks Tim!

Site 3 - Strawberry Farm Campsite
We booked for two nights left after one, all the camp sites were close together, when booking your assigned a site number upon arriving it seems no numbers anyone parks up anywhere. Leaving us parked up next to a dirt road and public road with a toddler is not ideal. Won’t be booking again.

Had such a lovely time camping here! Even when we couldn’t set up the awning and Tim and Rose came to the rescue🤣🤣 Thank god for that! Amazing stay will definitely be back immediately. Beautiful property with beautiful people! X

Beautiful pad on a great little creek, had water, toilets, shower and firewood available. The creek was great for all with shallow and deeper sections, could listen to the water running over the rocks whilst laying in bed.

Really good spot. Bit of a changeover in place with new owners and sites are no longer allocated however plenty of space. We were allowed to have whatever spot we wanted and had an awesome view over the little river with a camp fire. We virtually had the farm to ourselves and nice afternoon picking strawberries with the 3 little girls of ours. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow, what a great spot! The creek was beautiful and right at your door step. Gorgeous grassy sites. The hosts were great, provided us with firewood delivered to our door and gave the kids a few boxes to go pick some strawberries. We went for a 25 min walk in the morning to a crystal clear swimming hole at the end of the road. Do yourself a favour and spend a few nights here.

It really is a peaceful spot by the running creek. With only 10 sites you may not even have to share with others. The new Owners are friendly , checking there is firewood and doing little random checks that everyone is ok. The area is beautiful thick grass and clean You will find most Campers are respectful of the rules for noise and keeping the space clean. Even the toilets were clean. The Calen shop is a 12km drive if you need anything . There are some lovely swimming holes in the area to explore. The neighbours are residents and are friendly for chats. Also another reason to be quiet campers and respect that people live along the road and opposite the camp area. Remember there isn’t any power and nearly everyone lives off their batteries or no power. Probably a little annoying that some people run generators as these can be heard regardless of what number site you are at . Would definitely recommend the space for a quiet time getaway .
