we had some unfortunate weather for our scheduled trip and so we needed to cut it short. That was the sad part. Melanie is great and her land is wonderful. Really nice to be so close to the river.. We look forward to going back and really getting to enjoy the place next time.

What a cool place to camp right on the Molalla river. I look forward to coming back during nicer weather! Melanie was super nice, helpful, and accommodating and my dogs and I enjoyed the area and the resident doggos.

I loved pulling up to Melanies chicken farm. Upon arriving she showed me where my camp spot was along with the path to the river. She was very kind to my daughter and I. Beautiful and peaceful property. I will most certainly be back!

10 Fold Farm was absolutely lovely! Staying cool amongst the trees and getting to sunbath and fish down at the river was the best of both worlds. Walking amongst the chickens and having Melanie's sweet dogs near by made the trip exquisite! Absolutely would come and again and recommend to friends.

First night we were the only ones in the camp area. Super peaceful, owls hooting up in the trees was soothing. Next few nights shared songs around the campfire with family that came in the next day. Also spent the day in a chair with our toes in the cool river.

Beautiful property. The river was amazing we did some wading and shallow swimming. The chickens were adorable. Very good weekend.

We loved it here! The dogs are so dang cute, we got to swim in the river under the moonlight, the cows moo all night but we slept just fine. Melanie is so sweet and helpful. Would love to come back someday!

Melanie has such an amazing property right along a stretch of the Molalla River. We wanted a quick get away to have a quiet night and enjoy the river and that is what we got. Melanie was sweet and accommodating. My teens fell in love with her dogs. Gus visited us during our evening campfire when he was out on patrol and was such a love. The river is just beautiful. We sat out and read our books and had coffee by it in the morning. There is a great little swimming hole for hot days. We will be back.

It is a lovely site with a great river to swim in. Melanie was very welcoming and friendly. I did have issues with the neighbor’s dogs so I don’t recommend walking up toward the gate as they are unsupervised and will go through barbed wire fencing. Down by the river and lower farm area was much more peaceful. When Melanie’s farm dog chewed up a few things left on the picnic table overnight, she quickly apologized and offered to replace them. And, when my car died, she was willing to try to jump start it. Altogether a great host and I hope to try again for a less eventful splash in the river.

Melanie's place is great for larger groups! We had 12 people there and it felt spacious. The swimming hole is really special to find in a river like the Molalla - it's about 6'-6.5' at it's deepest and actually big enough for swimming. Melanie was really responsive to our needs while also giving us plenty of space.

We really loved our stay right next to the river! Melanie has gone out of her was to create a special space for hip campers.
The outhouse has a real toilet. There is water, an electrical outlet, and Internet connection. Two adorable dog greeters and we got fresh eggs! We hiked up nearby Table Rock to get a panoramic view and came back and jumped in the river. Then we snoozer in the riverside lounge chairs.

We had a lovely time tucked away on Melanies farm. She was so welcoming and so were her pups. The river is a minute walk from the campsite. It's a lovely sandy spot good for fishing, sunning, walking, swimming. It has got some really cool rock formations that create a bit of a waterfall vibe. The views were really breath taking and the cows were so much fun to watch. We will absolutely be back.

Greeted by the host who gave us all the information that we would need. Quiet and peaceful. Wading and swimming area. We just enjoyed sitting by the river and reading. Lounge chairs and a small table are provided. Toilet, sink, cute eating area are there for you to use.

Great property and Melanie’s a great host along with her dogs Gus and Laika coming to say hi very once in a while. We loved the private water access, fresh air, and beautiful views. Definitely a place to relax and unwind. Looking forward to visiting again!

Melanie's property is idyllic! My children and I had the best time splashing in the river, exploring the property, and enjoying a much needed disconnect. Melanie was so welcoming and accommodating, we will definitely be back!

Spent one night in a tent right next to the river with my pup. It‘s a beautiful piece of land and stargazing at night was amazing. It’s a great place to stay if you want to go and explore the Table Rock Wilderness. Melanie was a great host and her dogs are real cutie pies.

Our family had a blast Melanie‘s place! The swimming pool would be hard to be, she was very friendly and available when we had questions, but also gave us plenty of space and privacy. Melanie is very kind and accommodating.There is so much space to move around and enjoy out there, but we could have stayed another week! We were worried about there being dogs on the property, but her three are as friendly as can be. My toddler is afraid of dogs and was easily making friends with them in no time. From the three-year-old up through the 71-year-old birthday girl, everyone had a great experience. Our family might make her farm an annual trip!

Such a stunning riverside spot! We booked both sites so we could have the whole place to ourselves, and it ended up being amazing. The campfire is so nice with great tree trunk seating options! The bathroom was clean and so great, and the hammock was a huge hit with the kids. Loved our stay! Melanie is the kindest host!

Wow, the river is such a huge highlight at this campsite! If you want a private riverside camping spot, stay here. We spent full days with our kids playing at the river, and we hardly scraped the surface of the exploration. It was so nice to allow the toddlers to explore the shore and not worry about cliffs or drop offs! They threw so many rocks into the water and found a little sandy area to dig in. The 6-person hammock was a huge hit with the kids and the adults, and the bathroom with a running water sink made us all feel at ease. The view was incredible and we saw a hawk, a bald eagle, a heron, and ducks. Melanie is an incredible host, and her three dogs were the sweetest!! We will certainly be back!

Melanie’s land is so piece full , so cars, no music, no yelling. It’s you love the sound of the river at night- this is the place- if you love the river during the day this is the perfect place! The slight breeze, the sound of the trees- perfect. Just that alone will make you want to stay longer. The campsite 🏕️ is perfect for a couple or for a few. She provides outdoor enjoyment also- the largest hammock I’ve ever seen😄 a very darling place to look at stars with a telescope and tables, chairs and beautiful lights for the night of looking at the stars. And I must say she has the BEST porta toilet EVER- I’m so serious. And then there is Melanie, a wonderful woman- hard working, kind, loving and a wonderful smile. You can see her love and kindness through her dogs- they are so precious and brought me so much comfort and love. Thank you Melanie- Gus- Laika & Ellie. I definitely will be back 🩷🌸

an absolutely beautiful place to stay! stopped in for one night and spent most of my time in the river in the backyard! the dogs are SO friendly and lovable and the host was very friendly as well! almost stayed another night because of how peaceful and enjoyable it was!

my family and i had a wonderful time at the riverside spot… that river is pretty magical.
we fished, floated, collected rocks, and dozed on the shore listening to so many birds.
the property is well laid out, clean, and roomy.
lots of trees helped provide shade on a very hot weekend.
i would go back anytime, and i certainly plan to.
also, adorable dogs live there, bonus points!

Beautiful property on Molalla River. Lovely chickens and cows and room to spread out. Easy access to the water, clean and great outhouse, adorable dogs and super pleasant Melanie make this a wonderful hidden treasure. Highly recommend!

The camp site was great. We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves. We have started using hipcamps more often as we like more privacy and less crowds and this one was great. We ended up spending 5 hours in the river and it was great. Make sure you bring a snorkel and mask and you wont be disappointed. If you are in a TT bring a long extension cord and the host will let you hook to power on a pole which was nice as well.

We had such a great stay at this peaceful riverside spot! The location is beautiful—just steps from the river, which made for the best swimming. The site was well set up with a picnic table, water spigot, and access to a communal fire pit that was perfect for the evenings. Melanie was so kind, and her dogs were absolute sweethearts—such a fun bonus! Everything was clean, easy to access, and exactly what we needed for a fun weekend. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to unwind by the water and enjoy some good old-fashioned camp vibes.

Melanie’s camping spot was great! It’s in a beautiful area right next to the river. Having a composting toilet and water spigot nearby was so nice. The river was amazing! It was so nice to swim in and we hung out there all day. Melanie was super communicative and answered all our questions. Would definitely come here again!
