This is a very private location in the jungle with peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Falling asleep to the sound of the creek below was wonderful. A great way to get away and unwind. We love this place. If it rains you will need a four wheel drive to get there which just adds to the fun. I definitely recommend this location. The hosts were accommodating and friendly.

We had such a wonderful stay beside the river. The valley is beautiful with so much life. The sound of the river provided a soothing atmosphere all night long and the cabin was cozy and provided the essentials we needed.
My wife and I arrived after a couple days of rain so the road was a little muddy and there are two river crossings, but that was all part of the fun getting there. It was recommended we had a 4x4, so we made sure to rent a Jeep Wrangler and had no problems getting there.
After arriving we were shown around and then left to enjoy the seclusion. It felt like our own private oasis for the next few days. Would definitely come back for a future Oahu escape.

Beautiful River Valley
Halona and company were such kind and welcoming hosts. Such a beautiful property, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s secluded, but also convenient to everything in North Shore that you’d want to do or see. Would recommend.

Beautiful River Valley
I loved staying at this property. Such a lovely time. I was the only camper there at the time, it was very quiet and exactly what I needed to recharge. The land itself was absolutely stunning and the drive to access the camping area was a treat as well. I met Ann and she showed me the area for car camping. She was very sweet. There is a friendly goat there that I just loved seeing in the mornings.

We loved this gem up against the beautiful Northshore mountains. The campsite was peaceful and the landscape was lively with amazing trees.

All you hear is nature! The rushing river next to the campsites, cows grazing on the nearby hillside, and the occasional chicken or peacock! Just peaceful and beautiful. Pitch your tent, set up your chair, read, nap, etc. excellent spot! Halona shared the history of the land with us and it is truly remarkable. Outdoor shower was refreshing. The bathrooms are clean and private.

This was the perfect camp spot for my group. It was very spacious and quiet. We enjoyed all of the amenities such as the BBQ and the showers. We look forward to returning soon!

Beautiful River Valley
If you are looking for a place to relax in nature with no frills…. This is it! We had the most amazing time staying on this beautiful property. There are showers and bathrooms for use. A beautiful river, and the most amazing view of the stars at night. Tiana, the caretaker, was absolutely precious! All of the other workers that we encountered were perfectly delightful as well. 10/10, highly recommend, we will be staying here again!

Such a beautiful spot! We spent a couple nights here with our van on this beautiful property. Initial check-in was a little rough as no one was on the property, it was dark, we didn’t know where to go and had a difficult time getting in contact with anyone. Once we met Akil, all was right in the world. The property is stunning but getting in is definitely a few minutes off road through several gates which requires hopping in and out of the car. It was no big deal for us but something to know. There is a bathroom and shower but no shared spaces or kitchen area like the ad states. Overall a wonderful stay, would recommend.

Beautiful River Valley
The nature surrounding the camping is amazing.
Akil was super nice and knowledgeable about the farm and farming in general. It was so pleasant to chat with her.
The camping ground needs some work, and the pictures don't exactly match the reality, but besides that it is a peaceful and beautiful place.
I would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed two nights and it was amazing! There was plenty of space to camp in flat area that was shaded and near a river. The area was quiet and peaceful. There was a covered area with couches and tables, as well as a sink and a fridge. Halona was super friendly, punctual, and great at communication. The only downside was the four gates, three of which had codes that you needed to open each time you come and go from the property. This was not really a problem for us though, but it did take about 5 minutes to enter and exit each way. Overall, highly recommend this to other travelers. I think it was an extremely affordable option compared to airbnb, while still being much more private than a public campground.
