Walking to University of Alberta and University of Alberta Hospital and Kaye Clinic. Close to off leash dog park and Rivervalley with tonnes of nature and mountain bike trails.Site is concrete driveway in urban setting surrounded by beautiful native flower garden, like a jungle. The site has a deck with table and chairs and a hammock and a regular electrical plugin. Walking to trails and river valley, off leash dog area, and U of A and U of A Hospital. Mountain bike trails right there.

This is a quiet location beside the river. It would be beautiful in summer (we stayed in late October).
