Our property is located on a working farm with The Hive Café open Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays 10am - 4pm. Unfortunately, we've had to raise our camping fees due to theft, breakages, and irresponsible behaviour that persistently occur. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NO-SMOKING FARM. Wake to the sound of the bush and farm animals. This is a very scenic area, with the campsites surrounded by pine trees. Interaction with farm animals. There are roosters that will crow early morning. PLEASE DO NOT CHASE ANY OF THE ANIMALS. ALL sites are NON-powered Dogs on leash allowed outside only, not inside café. Campfires - (campfires are only allowed when fire bans are lifted). Potable water available on site. Toilets, hot showers and a kitchen sink is available. Use water wisely. Nearest toilet dump site is Bindoon Oval. Recycling Bins are available. Generator noise can disturb other people’s enjoyment of the area and disturb native wildlife and the farm animals, so think about using alternatives. Solar panels and inverters are the best ways to provide power for your must-have devices when camping and can be used anywhere. However we do allow generators, but they can only operate strictly between 9am-6pm. Adventure playground onsite for the "older' children and some smaller equipment for the younger ones. All equipment is PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Playground Rules: - Adult Supervision required for use - No bare feet, wear proper footwear - Do not use play equipment improperly - No pushing or shoving Free honey tastings are available when shop is open, but please ask and we can arrange a tasting for you. Campers will be held responsible for any damaged caused during their stay. Kindly note this is a working farm and we operates completely off-grid, where power and water are valuable resources. We kindly request that you limit your shower time to no more than 3 minutes and switch off all lights when not in use, our generator may start from time to time. ****Important Notice Regarding State Bushfire Ratings**** Please be advised that our camp adheres to the state bushfire ratings. In the event that a Catastrophic or Extreme Fire Danger Rating is announced, we may need to temporarily close our campsite. You may be asked to pack up and leave for your safety due to the high risk of fire danger.

Located 10 minutes out of Bindoon on a secure, peaceful and private acreage Bindoon is a lovely small town that has an IGA, Post Office, Hardware Store, Pharmacy. Bakery and more. You will need to be self contained and bring your own drinking water. Small dogs are allowed but must stay with your setup or be on a leash when walking. Also if you have bikes, there is a bike trail into Bindoon from the end of Teatree Road (4.1km). This is where the Museum, Arts and Crafts centre and Men’s shed are located. Plenty of areas for bushwalking or photography. The property is home to the WA Birds of Prey Rehabilitation and educational centre. The Swan Valley is only a short drive when you can experience local wines and produce. Campers must be either self sufficient with their own camping toilet and take all waste with them on departure when located at the back of the property. Alternatively, at the front of the property, toilets and bins are available. Campfires are only permitted at certain times of the year, please check with your host before lighting a fire. All live in the wild and there is no guarantee that we will see them We grow wildflowers such as Proteas, Leucadendron , Leucospermum (pincushions),Banksias ,Eucalypt - Silver Dollar, and Cut Flowers - Osteospermum, Zinnia and Gladioli, Kangaroo Paw and Bromeliads. We also have our native species - Grass Trees, Zamia Palm and Golden Wattle .We supply local Florists with much of our produce. We also have fruit trees, chooks and a vegetable garden. BUSH STAY ACCOMMODATION is available and we have Two cabins. The Music Room Cabin for two people, and the Olivia Cabin which will accommodate up to four people. Both have TV,DVD, aircon, fridge, toaster, kettle and cutlery, plates etc. We also have a large comfortable Tent to accommodate up to four people. Set up for the real bush experience. TV, DVD ,table and chairs .Beds and mattresses,sheets ,blankets, pillows, and doonas can be provided or bring your own. Hear all the sounds of the bush at night! Check out the stars planets and the moon. The sky is so clear out here. Caravans are also welcome. One Powered site available. A toilet, shower and Barbeque facilities are available and our Fire Pit is ok to use in Winter and share some toasted Marshmallows. Local attractions include: Toodyay Emu Park, Archery Park, Avon Valley National Park and the Avon River, Paruna and Karakamia Wildlife Sanctuaries, Toodyay Townsite - Connors Mill,The Old Gaol and many other historical sites ,shops and restaurants. You can also visit the Swan Valley where there are many wineries ,pubs and restaurants. We sell Wildflowers and wildflower arrangements and check out our handcrafted wooden boxes.
