Such a great bush camp with motorbike track. Helpful and communicative host, peaceful and so much space. Rubbish bins provided as well as fire pits. Hard to find a place that allows motorbikes but this camp even has a motorbike track which provided hours of entertainment for the kids. We absolutely will be back, a new fave!

My family and I loved staying at Farm Paddock! Jenna and Shannon were so lovely and accommodating. Great little spot to bring the family and dogs along. We just so happened to book for the windiest weekend they’ve ever seen so had to cut short by a day. So because of that we’ll definitely be back! Great little spot to test out our caravan for the first time!

Farm Paddock was a very peaceful setting with plenty of space for the amount of campers allowed, the horses were friendly and funny. Price was also reasonable. My only criticism would be to add some trees and or plants to green up the area and give a little protection from the elements but regardless still a nice camp.

We loved camping at Jenna & Shannon’s place. The family were so welcoming and friendly, greeting us upon arrival with carrots to give to their 4 beautiful horses! There was plenty of room in the paddock and space for the dog to run and play. The camp was close to the town with an easy access road. All round a beautiful spot!

Great flat open space with easy access. Nice welcome from the hosts and they were very helpful in getting us settled. 4 vans were in on the same nights, but was plenty of room. It is just a paddock though, and very dry this time of year. However it's in a good central location with short and easy access to the peninsula, and we got great sunsets each night. Very friendly horses in the neighbouring paddock added a nice touch. The kids from the other campers could ride their bikes around and had room to play, but everyone was far enough away from each other that generators didn't bother anyone. Thanks for your hospitality🙏🙏

The views from this camp are sensational, we stayed for 3 nights and it wasn't enough! Is was a little bit tedious to level caravan as it was a litte steep where we parked up. (This is because we chose the view over level ground). Would recommend to anyone staying at victor harbour.

We're a short drive from the stunning beaches of Port Willunga, Silver Sands and Sellicks, plus the many celebrated McLaren Vale wineries. A short walk will take you into the historic Aldinga main street, where you'll find the pub, a boutique brewery, cafés, restaurants and a few handy shops. If you're interested, you can book in a relaxed wine/barrel tasting experience with our Winemaker during your stay. It's $10 per person, redeemable on any purchase—just let us know when you book. Pets are welcome, but please keep them on a leash or contained. Our friendly Cavoodle has free run of the property and will almost definitely come looking for pats (and maybe snacks).

The property offers the best views of Clarendon via a short walk to the top paddock. There is a limit of 2 private, protected campsites near the creek, each well-maintained and level, with scattered gum trees that provide lovely shade in the morning and afternoon. Camp Toondilla is set up for self-contained campers who bring their own camp toilet and take all waste with them when they go. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Plenty of options in the area to keep the outdoor enthusiast busy, including: nearby wineries (some dog friendly), beaches (Moana and Aldinga/Silver Sands can be driven on), reservoirs (Mt Bold - hiking and views) and (Happy Valley - hiking, running, kayaking, fishing), Onkaparinga National Park and Scott Creek Conservation Park, ForestrySA land (including TreeClimb, Bone Gully MTB and parkrun on Saturdays at The Avenues - Kuitpo (Your host is the Event Director). Bakery, General Store, Clarendon Bowling Club, Riverbend Reserve, Op-shop and Emprades (antiques shop) and Royal Oak Hotel all in the mainstreet of town. We live in a beautiful hidden valley on 30 acres, We're joined by friendly dogs, horses, alpacas, rabbits, guinea pigs, 2 lovely Camels, Galloway cows and chooks, along with the resident wildlife including many birds, kangaroos, koalas, shy owls, and even an echidna! All this, plus beautiful views from atop our hills, right to the lake, and the delightful winter creek complete with frogs. We are close to the McLaren Vale wine region as well as wineries throughout the Hills and 35 minutes to the coast of Victor Harbor. The Greenman Inn is 5 minutes down the road and has wonderful food from Wed to Sun if you do not feel the urge to cook with wood fires for the cold nights or a gorgeous outdoor area for the warmer months. At present, we offer two areas for camping. Topspot which has lovely views and is quite secluded amongst the tree tops. This site is suitable for tents and camper trailers (need reasonable backing skills and 4WD) The Laneway which is close to the babbling creek is suitable for those with a small caravan, or motorhome, 2WD etc, along with tent campers. (but would struggle with large caravans/motorhomes - please check with hosts) (The Lookout/Highview has spectacular views Please note this site is currently closed due to stock rotation.) If you have any doubts about which to book, please ask. AUTUMN/WINTER MONTHS: if we receive considerable rain the trek up to the hill sites could become slippery and not accessible as it is a farm paddock, therefore unfortunately your booking may need to be cancelled. NOTE: On our farm there is limited phone coverage in the valley (The Laneway). Pets are welcome, however, please ensure they are kept under control (unless discussed with the host) at all times. Please note: This is an active small farm, therefore work may need be continued throughout your stay possibly necessitating the use of machinery and tending to our livestock. If you wish to see some of the animals up close, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. We ask that all fires be contained within the fire pit provided and a portable toilet is available for your use. BUSHFIRE SEASON: Wood and open fires are not permitted in the bushfire season, therefore you will not be able to use the fire pits.
