With large distances between other campers, each site can cater for large groups, with no close neighbours. The sites are at least 2km away from busy roads, so absolute peace and privacy! There's a beautiful push bike ride from Riverton to Clare Valley and all the wineries are along the way. Plenty of room at the property for kids to ride their push bikes. Fantastic sunsets and sunrises from all sites, and at its best at the SUNSET BAA. Beautiful bird noises, including the kookaburras having a laugh. There's a very very basic "long drop toilet" pit toilet located near the Gumtree paddock and 5 others shared, down close to the camping paddocks, if not wanting to use shared toilets, please bring and supply your own portable toilet. Our stay at Gum Valley Eco Glampers was nothing short of amazing. It's a beautiful location, set up with everything you need and more. The only thing we needed to bring was food. This site has been set up very thoughtfully, with attention to detail everywhere you look, from shag pile carpets to an ice maker. Its a very relaxing location and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend!!
