You can have the best of both worlds, the bush on one hand and the bay on the other with Caboolture River boat ramp just 5 minutes away, giving you access to Moreton Bay. So why not kick back and relax away from the stress of city life.
Lakeview is a private property not a commercial business, Lakeview is suitable for self-sufficient campers. There are no amenities, so you need to bring or hire your own. All payments are accepted as a donation to help maintain the grounds for our extended Lakeview family.

Fishing in Lakes Samsonvale, Kurwongbah as well as Paddle down North Pine River to Redcliffe, for fish and chips :). Close to Ocean View winery, Dayboro Cafe and Bakery. Dayboro Country Markets are on the 1st Sun of each mth. Old Petrie Town Market is open every Sun & Museum every day. Stay, rest and relax with a good book, we have a Street Library out the front. Enjoy a camp fire. Loads of bird & wild life about. Pets welcome (on leash), child friendly. You must be self sufficient. You can hire a double person swag $25per night. Fire wood $10. The campsite is situated on the beach, sheltered by the sheoaks in the back dunes. At the rear of the campsite lies a freshwater lagoon, locally known as the keyholes.
Currently, two sites are available to be booked.
A unique feature includes the opportunity for surfing, fishing, and swimming in your private lagoon. A short drive will take you to Point Lookout.
Access is via the beach only and tides are a consideration. Please check "Point Lookout tides" on Willy Weather. I don't normally travel on the beach if the tide is over 1.5 metres.

The property offers easy access through a remote gate and is fully fenced. The beautiful beaches on the Sunshine Coast, Maleny, Montville and Hinterland hot spots are all within 30 minutes from the property.
Enjoy a campfire in our designated area when restrictions are not in place.
