Grass Trees Campground sits high on one of the region’s tallest mountain tops, offering sweeping views over Agnes Water, the 1770 Estuary and sandbar, Bustard Bay, and Eurimbula National Park. Sunrises and sunsets here are nothing short of spectacular. Choose from 20 unpowered sites or glamping tents—ideal for those who want the camping experience without the gear. On-site amenities include a new toilet and shower block, camp kitchen, communal firepit, wood-fired pizza oven, and a magnesium swimming pool. As a wildlife sanctuary, no pets are allowed.
1770 Eco Camp, located at the base of the mountain and just 2 minutes from town, offers a peaceful bushland escape. Weekend Trip to 1770 Eco Camp, Agnes Water
Great tucked away campsite in the trees , maybe a 4-5 minute drive into Agnes water, showers and amenities were nice , we stayed in a glamping tent for once and found it awesome not having to setup, had a little 12v setup in there with chargers for phones etc and a fan and lights.

We stayed at 1770 Eco Camp, Green Tree (top of the hill) campground for 7 days/6 nights over Christmas break 204.
We got a family glamping tent, although not as spacious as we thought, it can fairly accomodate a mid-to small-size family of 4 like ours.
The setting, the surroundings and the view are breathtaking. The tents comfortable enough with 12V/USB power ports available in the tent as well as 2 little fans to help through the heat of the hottest hours of the day. The nights are as tranquil and peaceful as one may ever wish.
The facilities are really good, brand new toilets, showers, shared kitchen and so it is the campground that is well kept and looked after. There is a beautiful deck facing the Eurimbula National Park for yoga and fitness activities as well as a covered Pavillion for functions and/or sun bathing in the late afternoon. Right next to the deck there's a magnesium pool (small but gorgeous) where unwind before of after the beach.
Everything was fine and the close proximity to the town centre of Agnes Waters and it's pristine beaches makes it even more attractive.
Only negative: in my opinion the management should do more to enforce the rules (of common sense) within the campground itself as many guests plainly ignore them for lack of basic civic education. I get that it's hard to police every single person but as a hospitality establishment, the deed of educating their clientele is on them, to preserve the reputation of the business itself.

Weekend Trip to 1770 Eco Camp, Agnes Water
The glamping tent was great and super convenient, a little bit hot during the days, but that's where the amazing pool was super handy. So relaxing floating in the Infinity pool for hours. Highly recommend this camp ground, lots of amenities at your finger tips and made cooking and keeping food and drinks cool a breeze. Shout out to the amazing and super friendly staff!
10/10 will be back again, Thank you 1770 Eco Camp.
