Cheriton Bush Camp

Camp on our beautiful bush property. Walking tracks and great for bird watching and searching for wildlife. Large open area for outdoor activities. Bush kitchen with wood stove available for use. Large picnic table and fire pit for communal use.

We offer small group camping or exclusive whole-site booking for Cheriton Bush Camp.

No chainsaws to be used on the property. BYO fire wood or we can supply 15kg for $10. Personal fires permitted but above ground fireplaces must be used. We have a small amount for hire for $5.00 each. Generators permitted between the hours of 7am and 9pm only.

Pets allowed but need to be on a lead at all times. Unisex flushing toilets with non-potable water. Must bring your own drinking water.

We have a Beach Volleyball court, basketball hoop and swing set. Lots to see in the area. Hillview Drive

Mountain Bike Trail and Brisbane Valley Rail Trail are a short walk/bike ride from the property. Canoe/Kayak entry point to the Brisbane river off Kholo Road (5km)

Our price of $20.00 per site is aimed at two adults and up to three children. Each set up (tent, van or vehicle) is a separate site. If you are a group of campers, each will need to book their own site. Please feel free to contact us should you require more details. 5 day maximum stay allowed.

Albert River Camping

Spiddal property 500 acre at the base of Tamborine Mountain. Spiddal was originally settled by Michael and Anne Yore (nee Ryan) in 1865. Both Michael and Anne migrated from Ireland as a result of the potato famine and uprising at that time.  Anne sailed on the Erin-Go-Bragh (Ireland forever) in 1862 and Michael on the Fiery Starin 1863.On Michael's death in 1912 the farm passed to the youngest son Andrew Thomas who died at a young age of 33 in 1916.  The Spiddal property was then held intrust until his son Thomas Patrick (TP) became of age in 1935.  In 1966 TP transferred title of the property to the present owner Thomas John (TJ).Tom's son Denis 5th generation resides on the property and assists with the running of the farm.From settlement in 1865 the farm has been used for Primary production mainly dairy, pigs, hay and grain activities.  After dairying ceased in 1970 the property has been producing beef cattle, turf and hay.The original inhabitors occupying the Tamborine area were the Wangerriburra Native tribe.  They lived in peace with all the tribes adjacent to their own area.  More importantly they were prepared to be friendly to the white man in the early stages of development, with respect shown by all.  After continuing contact with the white man the tribe became commonly known as the Albert tribe.

A 9000 square metre property on Pumicestone road.  800 metres from the Bruce highway.  Very close to the Big Fish  complex.  2 campning sites on level gravel another 5 sites on mulch. ( need 4x4 if it rains.) Big compacted carpark for busses and long vehicles. 
No toilets or showers. Must be self contained. Fresh water on property to fill up tanks and containers.
Supermarket, restaurants ,  petrol, and chemist  5 minutes away.
15 minutes to the pumicestone passage for boating and fishing. 30   minutes away fro.m Bribie Island .
Big areas for kids to play, scooter or explore the bush. Free firewood and fire pits provided on all sites

Caboolture Country Camp

Come and enjoy this flat, grassy site on the outskirts of Caboolture.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the area and the views over the mountains.

We have 10 horses agisted here and you'll also spot some chickens pecking around the place.

You are welcome to bring your pet but please make sure they are on leash at all times and do not chase the horses or chickens.

Power and water are available at an extra cost, please purchase this at checkout. 

You can brings a fire pit and enjoy a campfire. 

Just 1 hours from Brisbane, there are some great things to see and do nearby; lovely beaches, amazing mountain scenery and quaint country villages. The nearby Abbey Museum of Art and Archaeology houses a priceless collection of antiques and fine art from around the world.

The Caboolture Markets are a must visit!

Mount Cotton View Camp

Our property is located in Sheldon, just 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD. We have a private camp site available at the top of the hill on the property which offers some views of the surrounding area.

There is world class mountain biking trails accessible across the road from our property. You can also enjoy a beautiful nature walk up to the summit of Mount Cotton which has breathtaking views out to Moreton bay and to the Glass House Mountains. Your hosts recommend taking a picnic lunch and making the most of your time at the top.

We are 15 minutes drive from the Venman Bushland National Park which has two excellent walking trails where you can spot a huge array of wildlife. Daisy Hill Conservation Park is also a short drive away which is a great spot for a picnic, has more great mountain bike trails, BBQ area and beautiful walking tracks.

We are also close to Sirromet Winery which is great for wine tasting and sometimes has great events on.

Campfires are permitted but must be kept in a fire pit/drum and must be outside of restrictions. Pets are welcome.

Campers must bring their own toilet and be fully self sufficient. Please take all waste with you on departure.

Note - absolutely no trespassing is to be tolerated, stay behind the rocks and fences and have a lovely stay .
