Located 25 minutes from Narrabri CBD on 200 acres at the foothills of Mount Kaputar with 360 degree mountain views, The Valley is your perfect farm camping escape. 

With the National Park bordering the property where there are several bush walking tracks, lookout points, 4WD tracks, Aboriginal sites, picnic locations, wildlife encounters, bike riding tracks, historical heritage, waterfalls and swimming locations.

Pitch your tent or park your RV, there is plenty of room for you with us at the Valley. Nestled in at the very base of the Mount Kaputar National Park, with breath taking 360 degree mountain views. 

A firepit provided with wood available for purchase.​

You need to be a self-contained camper with your own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. There is a picnic table for camp meals and access to rubbish facilities.

​Pets welcome, please ensure your pet is restrained if it's likely to chase our livestock.

4WDs are recommended to access our property, and are required in wet conditions.

Shanty on Namoi Camping

"Shanty On Namoi Camping" is a unique spacious camping area on my property on the banks of the Namoi Creek.  Situated at Narrabri NSW 5kms from the edge of town.

 A gem of a spot with picturesque sunrises/sunsets. Go fishing, swimming, kayaking, boating also bush walking tracks bird watching or just sit back and enjoy the Tranquility. 

We DO NOT have TOILETS or shower

  SELF CONTAINED CAMPERS ONLY

              (NO DIGGING HOLES)

The top paddock has grassy mowed campsites, firepits scattered trees throughout and some sites overlooking the creek.  The "Shanty" has been setup as an open kitchen with a sink, free water,  2 large tables with bench seats and a large fireplace 
Behind the "Shanty" is a bit more private spot with fire pits and trees.  

 The bottom paddock has water frontage mowed campsites , firepits, a place to put your watercraft in or swim and go fishing.  Dog friendly,  provided they are well behaved, pickup after them. Open fires permitted at designated sites also your personal firepits.   Firewood for you to pick up for free or other to be purchased.

Directions: Heading South in town, Repco on your left, turn Right, or heading North turn Left at Repco onto Gibbons st, head straight down past Golf Club, Left onto The Island rd (a No through rd) about 2klms go over ONE cattle grid, about 200 mtrs (at a set of cattle yards) turn right,   go through 2 large open / closed green gates go through to the next gate,  you are at the camping grounds. 

You are welcome to choose where you "set up"  on arrival.  Single safe. Secured site, a great base to leave your caravan etc to go on day trips of various attractions to entertain you during your stay such as : Sawn Rocks, Mt Kaputar, Solar Observatory just to name a few.

  Easily accessible for All types of vehicles.  All weather road. Drive through sites. 

We can be quite flexible on check in / check out times too.

Outback Fish Farm

Set 10km outside of Narrabri on a dirt road is Narrabri Fish Farm. Camp in the serenity alongside 100 ponds. Take the daily fish feeding tour at 10.30am or explore the farm - book in advance or when you arrive.

Flushing toilets and hot showers (also a new addition of the donkey shower)

Campfires permitted (pending Fire bans, please check). Firewood available upon arrival.

Cabins and kiosk coming soon.

Fishing will be available from September 2024.

Scrub n Bush

Pitch your tent or van in a site in the bush surrounded by scrub trees and wildlife. It's a private space, providing space and serenity. Come and go in your own home.
Experience quiet days and nights, surrounded by pine forests only 20 minutes from the Pilliga.
This site is about freedom to please yourself, sit listening to the bush wildlife and wilderness. Walk through the scrub in it’s awesomeness. To see kangaroos feeding on grass. To see the cows grazing among the shaded pines. 
To visit the local adventures like yarrie lake, Australian Horoscope and other attractions along the road. 

Visit Australian Telescope 10 minutes away, Narrabri 15 minutes away, Artisian hot bore 40 minutes away.
