This enchanting tree-filled, 13-acre property is located in the beautiful South Coast region of NSW, close to the spectacular beaches of Jervis Bay and quaint villages of Berry and Kangaroo Valley. 

The property is hidden away among the gumtrees and surrounded by dairy country. It is a perfect, peaceful place to base yourself for a weekend or a week exploring the beaches and nature walks in the region, or the rock climbing areas of Nowra.

Your accommodation is a cosy room in our converted barn, where you'll be supremely comfortable with all you need for a great nights sleep.

Jamberoo Mountain Farm Camp

Our property is located in Jamberoo on an elevated working beef cattle farm with unique and beautiful views. We accept bookings with a maximum of 2 nights per stay. Our campsite is best suited to couples or families who would to explore the local area then chill out in the quiet and peaceful surrounds of our place. Take a breathe and enjoy the amazing vista.

The large grassy site has stunning ocean views and is the perfect spot to relax after exploring all the great activities the surrounding area has to offer or play some outdoor sports if you bring a ball. 

We are a working farm and have three farm dogs, horses and cattle on the property along with plenty of wildlife. The camp site is approximately 75 metres frome the house.  It is in view of he house however we do have a busy life,so you won't see us much unless you need something.

We are only a short drive to Kiama and the stunning beaches of the south coast. Kiama has a great market on each month where you can check out the local offerings and enjoy a stroll along the esplanade or check out the famous Kiama blowhole and lighthouse. We are with easy reach of the Budderoo National Park which is full of stunning walks and waterfalls that are always popular.

We are a short drive to the Jamberoo Action Park and Illawarra Fly Treetop Walk which are both great places to visit for kids and families.

Please note our dogs can sometimes bark during the night as they are protecting the house and areas nearby.

You must bring your own portable toilet. You are unable to bring your own dogs.

We can offer a second site (maximum sites) for people who are travelling together. eg two families 4 people per family. We do not accept bookings for two sites for groups who do not know each other.

Serenita - Falls Creek NSW.

Unfortunately due to Hipcamps changes to insurance we are no longer accepting bookings and the site will be closed permantly from 14th January 2024. All current bookings will be honoured. We thank everyone for their support in staying at our site.
'Serenita' was purchased in 2017 as a run down 'junk yard' with the vision to get it to where it is today. 'Serenita' means serenity and that's exactly what this place is. It is a 5 acre hobby farm with dogs, cows, chickens and a rooster, koi fish, turtles and wild kangaroos, ducks, kookaburra's and cockatoos. Each year we are lucky enough to have Kingfishers nesting on the property and nesting white cockatoos. At times you may even have a visit from wild deer. The camp site is a large section of land sectioned off to the rear of the property with a firepit and firewood supplied. The dam has lots of yabbies and you are welcome to trap and you may just have a feed the next day. Access to our property is via a private road where the public road ends so we are very secluded.

With only 2 neighbours using the private road traffic past the campsite is virtually non existent. Being Hipcampers ourselves we saw the need to provide a property set in the natural bushland that is easily accessible, available for overnight stops on long trips or week long camping for families or groups throughout the year. Close to the beaches of Jervis Bay and close but far enough away from the shopping centres of Nowra and Vincentia for all your supplies. 'Serenita' is the ideal switch off place lying in the hammock under the trees with a cold one in hand.

We are forever trying to improve the land spreading a lot of soil around to try and improve the grassed areas but the rains of 2022 had other ideas but our mission is to get the area fully grassed.  We are also planning on building a jetty for the dam if we get the water level low enought to get it done. 

Finally we leave the campers to their own privacy as if you were in the bush on your own but we are always just a message away if you need anything or just advice on the area. Check in is after 12 pm and checkout is 11 am.

Sit back and enjoy the flames of the fire in the home made fire pit with firewood supplied so no need to bring your own.

Welcome to the couples' getaway! Enjoy the Majestic campsite - pitch your tent, sleep in your 4WD rooftop tent or in your swag. There's plenty of space and shade. You'll be surrounded by quiet bush scenery

There is access to water. You will need to be self-contained with own camping toilet/shower.

Campfires permitted - please speak to me first about fire location.

We also offer spaces for RVs.
Bring your recreational vehicle, whether it's a campervan or a caravan, and park on our property for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

We are located just 5 minutes from the village of Huskisson where you can enjoy cafes, shopping and beautiful beaches. Head further east for a drive out to Jervis Bay and its world renowned whitest sand, Booderee National Park for a bushwalk or book a charter boat out or dolphin and whale watching.

Unlike "official" camp sites around Jervis bay where the next camper is 3m away, we were atleast 25m away from the nearest camp. Plenty of space on site. The trees are magnificent, we loved it.

Our property is a 30
minute drive to beautiful Berry, Jervis Bay, Kangaroo Valley and Milton.

There are many varied beautiful walking tracks here in the Shoalhaven. Firstly an intermediate walk is just off Bamarang Road to Pulpit Rock which overlooks the Shoalhaven River and Bundanon. Ben's Walk, Hanging Rock, Nowra, The Grotto, Bomaderry, Jervis Bay National Park, Greenfield Beach, Wirreecoo Walking Trail & Mangrove boardwalk, Huskisson, Cunjurong Point, Gerroa to Kiama along the cliffside, Pigeon House Mountain, Boyd Lookout, Morton National Park.
These are all within 10 to 40 minutes travelling by car. Grade of walks, leisurely to advanced.

Family Getaway

This campsite is ideally located only 15 minutes from the ocean. Pull up, park your van or pitch your tent and relax while breathing in the country air. 

This campsite suits self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower. There is access to a drinking water supply, rubbish facilities and a picnic table for meals.

Take advantage of booking into one of Corser Concepts Motorcycle schools or whip down to Jamberoo Recreation park for a day of fun or head to Kiama and check out famous blow hole.

Enjoy the evenings telling stories around the campfire.
