Our property is set in a tranquil location on the banks of the Bundidgerry Creek out of view of main road, safely behind a locked gate. The campsite is a convenient 14km from Narrandera, and 12km from Grong Grong, not far off the Newell Highway. In town you will find all the supply and grocery stores to meet your needs.Located on the banks of Bundidgerry Creek on the Old Wagga Road you will find the old Cobb & Co route, south of the Newell Highway. Camp along the same water’s edge where travellers from past centuries would stop overnight on their journey out west. The campsite is located on the edge of the creek in an open, grassed area with plenty of shady trees. The creek flows well all year round and offers a fantastic spot for the family to enjoy. Swim, fish, kayak, canoe, launch a boat or relax and read a book as the sunlight reflects off the water.At camp you will have access to the undercover camp kitchen with a sink, BBQ and tables. There is a firepit, wood fired pizza oven for cooking. Guests have access to a gas hot water shower and flushing toilet. If you're keen, there is the opportunity to pat the donkey, 'Fargo'. The property also has numerous birds including pelicans visit. Fantastic private spot, great amenities. If you go do yourself a favour and make use of the pizza oven -great afternoon spent catching fish and cooking pizza. Host AJ was very responsive and helpful make sure to visit the Grong Grong Pub. 😊

We had an afternoon and overnight at an easily accessible, private, single campsite on the Bundidgery Creek. The list of facilities is impressive and although a little rustic, they are comfortable and functional. We did not use the pizza oven or gas 3 burner BBQ that were part of the camp kitchen. The fire pit was large and well built, perfect for our cooking. A hot shower and flushing toilet were uncommon facilities at a river campsite with a sandy beach.

A great quiet camp with easy access from the Hwy, but far enough away to be quiet. Unfortunately the weather turned cool, so I missed out on a skinny-dip in the pool and showering outside in the great outdoor shower. It was still good not to have to worry about putting clothes on to answer natures call early in the morning!

Wonderful quiet and private camp-site beside the ample flowing creek. Facilities of BBQ, flush toilet and shower once you have heated water using gas supplied are all fantastic. I feel privileged to have experienced this special place. On AJ's suggestion had lovely Sat even pizza at Grong Grong hotel. I look forward to returning.

5 nights at Naturist Retreat Camp

I have had a fantastic time during my stay at Naturist retreat camp. I was warmly welcomed by Kel when I arrived and it got better from there. I met some other likeminded people and enjoyed the inclusive happy hour chats and drinks. The Naturist area is well designed and offers sunny areas protected from the wind and a handy camp kitchen. I visited in mid winter which had cold nights and beautiful sunny days, I plan to visit again during warmer weather to make use of the pool and spa. The non Naturist part of the site has a fascinating display of very interesting memorabilia from other times. Kel is a wonderful storyteller and I had some memorable discussions with him. The town is an interesting place to explore and is surrounded by a nature reserve which has some nice walking trails through it. Definitely worth a visit on my yearly treck northbound on the Kidman Way. Thanks John

Awesome place and easy to get to - would recommend downloading the map as service drops out around 15-20 mins before you get there. Site is very clean, and literally right on the beautiful creek. Unfortunately the weather stopped me from setting up fully (really bad wind) but I had to leave early so no biggie. Will definitely be returning to take in this awesome and unique spot!

This is a peaceful tranquil campsite. Words cannot describe the Beauty of this place. . I would gladly recommend this Hipcamp to all I know. It has a flushing toilet and hot shower. I enjoyed sitting by the campfire and watching the moon rise. If you are a bird watcher, this is a great place for you.

We had a great 2 nights stay at Cudgella. AJ was great, providing clear instructions before arrival and then making sure we were settled in, providing some great tips on the site and the local area. There was heaps of room for us to spread out with our van and pets. Easy access to the river via a small beach for fishing or launching a kayak, with grass, a shelter, sink, firepit, toilet and shower. We spotted a heap of possums and a koala from the site. The clear skies made for some epic astrophotography. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
