Three G Familia Farm RV ONLY!!!!
Our Labor Day stay at 3 G Familia Farm was one of the best all year (and this was like my 14th camping trip this year. The camp hosts were attentive and very helpful. Great location. Even better vibe. We WILL be back next year.

We had a great time at 3 G Familia Farms. Chris came out to greet us and showed us our spot. There were several other families there as well but was not crowded as everyone was spread out. We stayed at site 17 which was perfect for our truck and rooftop tent. Point arena lighthouse was just a couple minutes drive away and had fantastic ocean views. There are several coastal access and beaches nearby. There is also a hardware/grocery store a few blocks from the camp and had everything we needed. The camp site is a few hundred yards away from the Shoreline Hwy and there is road noise but we didn't mind it at all. The weather was perfect and the night sky was clear the whole time we camped there. Great for star gazing. We paid $20 for the firewood and there was more than enough for our 2 night stay. Safe area for kids as well. We will be returning in the near future.

Great setting. Easy check-in and the campsite are easy to use. Would be nice if a restroom and shower facility were developed in the future.

The site is in a beautiful part of the Northern CA coast. The family is incredibly attentive and helpful. The only thing I’d say is that they seem to be doing a lot of tree work, and the piles of dead plant debris took away from the beauty of the site.

Campsites are fairly close together, but overall was a nice little spot and we were insulated by the trees from sounds from other campsites.

Easy to find and get set up. The owners were very helpful and friendly.
There are a couple of portable toilets which were clean, and an outdoor shower.

Great camp and large enough for the whole family. About 45 min south of Mendocino. This camp does not include all the bells and whistles - no shower, simple porta potty, etc. However, there are nice trails for the family and hook up for RV. There is also a good fire place. Would recommend!

Overall the location is convenient not to far from the coast or Hwy 1 however the description of the site advertised shower facilities and it did not have one. The host was kind and respectful.

Three G Familia Farm RV ONLY!!!!
We loved staying at the 3G Familia Farm for the long weekend. Our host met us as we arrived and showed us to the available spots for us to setup. Large, comfortable spots with partial hookups (normal household style 120v/20 amp outlet and non potable water) which was plenty to meet our needs, being on the coast no need for AC and we are accustomed to dry camping. Lots of space for the kids to play and run around, nice trail to do some light hiking, the beach at Manchester State Park is just down the road (its a quick 5 min drive). We were provided lots of firewood (for a small fee) to use in the fire ring, overall great spot we will definitely be coming back again in the future.

We loved camping at 3G. Kris met us and showed us to our campsite. She was fabulous and let us know of all the local things to do in the area. The pasture is spacious and serene with everything we needed. It was exactly what we were looking for and we can’t wait to go back! 💙

We had such a lovely stay here! The campsite was perfect for our group, it was peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful nature. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, super friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell they care about creating a great experience for their guests. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a welcoming and well maintained place to camp!

Three G Familia Farm
There was plenty of flexibility to choose among several sites. We managed to get a relatively more private one (#16), and the hosts brought over a picnic table so we could have a complete setup within a more private space. Many of the sites are less private and closely adjacent to each other, but the area was spread out enough that we had a nice quiet and private area mostly to ourselves. The walks along and near the property were lovely. It was about an hour’s walk to get to the beach which was well worth it. This walk involved some tramping through tall grass so we were glad to have long sleeves and to avoid ticks and other insects. Nice way to access coastal Mendocino.

Great location! Quiet and wonderful stargazing. $20 is a great price for the amount of wood brought right to your site. The port-o-potty needs a bit of service, but otherwise a great campsite!

Legit campsite we booked last minute for Labor Day weekend and had a blast. We stayed in site 13 which was grouped with two other sites that would be perfect for a group site. Some of the sites are more private than others. Non potable water and electric hook ups. Porta potty, fire ring, picnic tables, Shade provided. 5 minutes drive from beautiful Manchester state beach (not walkable). 10 minutes north of point arena with lighthouse, b. Bryan preserve, and you must have a dinner at sunset at the pier.

This place was great! Beautiful setting, the camp sites were large, each had a fire pit, and there was an outdoor sink for washing dishes. The camp hosts were very kind and welcoming. We would definitely go back.

We love this place! The property is beautiful and the hosts are always so accommodating. We had such a great experience the first time, we decided to come back a few weeks later. We had a large group and it couldn't have gone better!

We had absolutely fabulous time. Nice and quiet, lovely walks around the area. Perfect place to have a fire in the evening and enjoy the family time. Out kid loved having the space to explore and listen the birds. Campsites are nice size and the host are always there if you need anything. Definitely would recommend and return.

Our stay at this campground was amazing. The owner greeted us warmly and provided helpful information throughout our stay. The well-equipped campsite had water and electrical hookup, making our experience hassle-free. The property was meticulously maintained. The presence of a toilet at the site was a convenient and thoughtful addition. The campground's location was ideal, close to the lighthouse, store, and beach. Though there was a slight hike to the beach, it added excitement to our daily excursions. We wholeheartedly recommend this campground for an exceptional and memorable camping experience.

The campground is tucked away, no road noise and a good amount of space to have the kids roam and play. This camp is about 1.5 miles from the beach. You can walk there, but it is a ways away. At night you can hear the ocen in the distance which is nice. The hosts are lovely, come and check in each night to make sure you are ok.

Beautiful place for peace and quiet. Beach is a little far if u walk. Bring a car!!! The owners were super nice and helpful. Phone service was not good. I would go back for sure if I wanted just some away from everything time..non-potable water and power provided.

The place was good enough but in their description they write “natural features include beach and forest”, accompanied by photos of the beach that are not on this property. Im truly surprised that Hipcamp vouched for this property after visiting it in-person.
Campsites were very close together in a big circle on a flat open field that feels like a park. No real privacy. But my main issue is that the description and pictures are misleading. After driving for 3 hours from Oakland I feel like I was robbed of an experience as I could have chosen other destinations. I regret not taking the family back for a return trip to much much more beautiful and accurately described destination, the Banana Slug Farm in Albion. While it’s not on the beach, it’s truly in the forest. Our family wanted to try someplace new in the area this time and we were disappointed that there was no beach even though the description said “beach” and there are multiple pictures of a beach and the grounds were not in a forest even though it said “forest” backed by pictures.
I’m going to ask for my 2 nites refunded for misleading us.
