Terry is an excellent host, warm, welcoming, excited that you’ve chose her farm to spend the night. From the beginning it was an amazing experience, we arrived and went straight to the friendly sheep, next Terry greeted us with Jack and Joe who weren’t doing their job and were just chillin instead of barking! After that we saw momma duck and her ducklings and got to hold one. Next, we set up camp, made a quick dinner, and helped Terry milk the sheep. After that it was sleeping under the stars! Overall it was an amazing time and if we’re ever back in the area, we’re sure to stay and help Terry mill the sheep again!!

Our family absolute loved staying at Tin Willows! With one preteen a teen it’s difficult to find much they enjoy that doesn’t involve being k screens. They really enjoyed petting and milking the sheep, and we all fell in love with Jack and Joe the magical dogs on the property who are just so loving. They even slept next to our tent as our little protectors.

Terry was an excellent host. Her two sheep dogs Jack & Joe were so sweet - and finding those sheep brave enough to get gentle head scratchies was such a treat. Terry is happy to share the farm life, and you'll be quick to love the farm & its animals and people.

Had an amazing experience at the farm! I got there pretty late (around 9pm) but Terry helped me settle right in. Her dogs Jack and Joe were the absolute sweetest! They slept right outside my tent all night so they felt like my own personal guard dogs. It was my first time camping by myself (and my cat, Kai) but I felt very safe at the farm!

Absolutely loved this place. First Hipcamp experience where my wife and I both said “let’s come back here again!” Terry the owner is so nice! The dogs were so friendly and the land was beautiful. Absolutely would recommend and definitely coming back.

My favorite Hipcamp and third trip here. I learned a lot this time and was able to "help" Terry a bit around the farm. Lots of lambs running around and plenty of milking going on. Wonderful setting on an active, working farm. The dogs that greet you are super sweet and laid back. I will return soon!

I had a very nice stay here. Host was very cool and nice. Really enjoyed the company of the dogs. It was cloudy the night I stayed, but I bet the view of the stars would be amazing here. Recommended.

We had a wonderful time staying at Terry’s farm. Getting to help herd and milk the sheep was a great experience! Our kids loved bottle feeding several lambs and I enjoyed my early morning conversation with Terry about life as a small-scale farmer. We hope to get back there soon!

We didn’t quite know what to expect when we visited Terrys farm, but we immediately fell in love with the place and with Terry. We got to milk sheep, eat some incredible homemade ice cream, pet the cute farm dogs and sleep under the stars. This was truly a 10/10 experience and we can’t wait to come back with our friends!

We had a fantastic visit at the farm. You can basically pick your spot to camp. We chose the more private area but I think that's what makes this place special. Want a weekend filled with all the animals? Go for it. Want some alone time out in the country with no distractions? Have at it. Terry is a great host with a ton of spunk. We will definitely be back. Awesome stay on Terry's sheep farm! The lambs and newborn calves are such a cute sign of spring, and the weather was glorious for us. The stars at night are stunning. A great stay all around.

We had an incredible time camping at Tin Willows farm. Terry is very welcoming and kind and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable while staying at her farm. Tin Willows Milk a Sheep Camp
We love staying at the sheep farm. This trip in late November was laid back as the milking was done for the season and most of the sheep off to their winter pasture. There were still cows and ducks and chickens and dogs and guinea fowl to enjoy and the morning community fire was most welcome in the winter chill. Terry is a great host and responds quickly to any needs that arise. She's very welcoming and really makes you feel part of the farm activities.

Wide open fields, with many options for camping. Perfect for a much needed out-of-town experience. Great for kids and adults who want a real taste of the rural countryside. This sheep farm is well loved and tended by a hard working host that makes you realize just how rewarding a country lifestyle can be for the soul. The sheep were tame, the working dogs were very friendly and mild mannered, and the Guinea fowl, chickens, and ducks definitely added to the genuine feel of farm life. This is a great place to put on a pair of muck boots, roll up your sleeves, and dig in- you’re going to feel better instantly and miss it the instant you leave the property.

This is our second time to Terry’s farm. We love it here. The sounds of birds and sheep during the day and the silence at night is just the beginning of why we come here. This time we took home four packets of lamb and a dozen eggs. What a tasty souvenir to bring
home. Terry is the most gracious host and that makes our visit even more special.

Great spot with welcoming hosts (human, sheep, hens and dogs!). We both enjoyed talking with Terry and Wayne so much! A great beginning to our trip. Lovely area. We’d definitely come back. Side note - be sure to take the driveway right before the driveway with the house number. The Hipcamp is about 1/4 mile before reaching the address listed.

Terry's place exceeded our expectations of a hip camp and set the bar incredibly high for other stays. What a lovely stay (I would travel out of my way to stay here again) and a person. Don't miss out on the sheep ice cream or sausage. You will not regret it!
