If you are looking for a great relaxing spot, this is it! You’re 20 minutes from Springdale shuttle to go to Zion. It was super clean, just as advertised, and I was amazed at the hot water lasting as long as it did! Really, this is that good of a place! Dinner options were just down the road, and I felt super safe the entire time. Highly recommend!

1A provided us with more than we expected. It was super clean and quiet and was equipped with a small kitchenette and great gas grill. We bbq’d both nights of our stay. We loved the king size bed and the room was quite spacious. It was a little far away from Zion national park, but we still recommend a stay here.

Cleanliness was a priority! We really appreciated this -esp. during covid.
Everything advertised was there!
The housekeeper on site was very helpful as well!!
If you have children there were no linens OR blankets for the bunk so bring your own or a sleeping bag.. and a sleeping bag for warmth is needed on the king bed as well.

This place had everything we needed. I am so grateful my fiancé & I stumbled across this gem while looking for a place to stay by Zion. It’s a 20 min drive from the park. I would definitely being staying here in the future again. Check out River Rock Coffee Co. for amazing food & drinks which is a quick drive from our stay.

5B Hotel and Camping Alternative
The cabin was clean, modern, and a step above basic. The hvac is a split unit which is quiet, though the thermostats does take about 10min to sense the temperature change you set. There’s the described cooking appliances and plenty of supplies. Bedding was comfortable, though the large bed is quite unstable, so if you move, the whole bed moves. The mattress itself is comfortable though. Hot water gets hot almost immediately in the kitchenette and bath, and there are plenty of towels, both cloth and paper.
The location is ideal to Zion and other little businesses in La Verkin and Hurricane.

Super clean, with all the necessities. The bunk houses are nice, spacious, and very comfortable. We made s'mores at the fire pit. And prepared dinner in our room, which saved money. Over all, is recommend to anyone. We loved our stay 💕

Great place to stay when visiting Zion if you want a clean, quiet place that’s less expensive than Springdale lodgings. The drive to Zion is a pretty 20-25 minute drive.

Everything worked out great, and was just as described. There's a supermarket only a few minutes away and Zion is about a half hour away. Would stay there again!

Great place to stay after our day of adventuring in Zion! Definitely not camping at all...more like a really nice motel. Directions were clear and easy. About 25-30 minutes from the Zion entrance. We actually never met the host, because we just let ourselves into the room with a code and locked up when we left. There were only two of us, but the room could fit 4, comfortably, with the extra bunk bed. There were also lots of cooking amenities available, just missing a stove top or hot plate.

What a wonderful place! It was even better than we had expected. It had everything you could want (except a stove). The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to land after a long day at Zion.

We wish we stayed longer, it would be a great place to hang out a couple nights and use the grill outside. You really have your own private zone. A/C worked great, it was very clean and comfortable. The cabin was larger than I expected. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Zion or Bryce Canyon!

This place was amazing! Our first stay there and we cant wait to go back! EXTREMELY clean! Was perfect for my husband and our 2 kiddos. The kids loved the bunkbeds. The beds are firm but to us they were comfortable and pillows were fluffy. A.c. worked great. All four 4 us showered back to back and didnt run out of hot water. We had a toaster, coffee pot, rice cooker, tiny crock pot, plates, silverware, condiments, grilling supplies, and more. We definitely over packed because we didnt know so much would be there. We also read online linens were optional, so we brought our own and again we didnt need too. Theirs were very clean. They also provided shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo(we brought our own). There was multiple grills to use. Gravel parking lot with a decent amount of space. Lots of lawn space for kids to play! They have one big firepit. I do wish they had a second. If they had a pool, I honestly might never leave! It was so peaceful and relaxing. All the other guests were friendly and courteous. We did not meet the owners while we were there. It was a little more in the suburbs than expected. I thought we were going to be in the middle of no where but it was still fantastic! No far from lake sand hollow or quail creek. We went to quail creek and it was great. Water was warm amd no swimmers itch there- site for sand hollow warned about swimmers itch so we decided to pass on that.

We rolled in and the cottage, the grounds and the parking lot were spotless, the neighborhood was safe as well. A/C was efficient and quiet. The full size refrigerator was perfect for our cold items and we were able to re freeze our gel packs to continue our trip. And before we left we had fun conversations with Colleen while she cleaned the other rooms. Thank you to all who made this place what it is!

This was such a quaint little cottage after a long day of hiking in Zion. It was sparkling clean with a comfortable king sized bed and nice linens. There were little amenity touches that were great (fluffy towels, Roku TV, clean fridge, etc.) I would highly recommend this place for anyone and would stay here again myself.

7A I could hear the birds!
Perfect for a family with little kids. Half an hour from Zion NP. The unit had all the utensils/ appliances needed for a family.

Great location while visiting Zion. Room was clean with plenty of space. Having a fire pit was nice to warm up and heat up food. We would definitely stay again!

5B Hotel and Camping Alternative
The Zion Camp bunk house is perfect base camp for exploring the National Park and surrounding area. It really did exceed our expectations -- all the creature comforts were provided, amd the space was super comfortable for our group of four. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic experience and nicer than we expected! Super comfortable, super clean, and spacious. It was nice to come back to a comfy place after a long day of adventures in Zion. There is a sink and fridge, and even a coffee maker, crock pot, rice cooker, and toaster. Put dinner in the crock pot in the morning and didn't have to cook or go out that night. There is a nice grocery store just down the street and a great coffee place a few blocks the other direction. We are staying here when we come back and i would recommend it to everyone!

Super clean and nice spot to hangout after a day of hiking! Had all the essentials with gas grill and a very nice communal firepit. Super close to gas stations and grocery stores and 20min from Zion. Only thing to note is that it is not in a secluded area, very close to other houses and roads. If your looking to get lost in nature this is not the place but a fantastic stay otherwise! Would definitely recommend.

9A Perfect place to unwind
We had a good time visiting the area while staying in one of these units. Having access to a shower and bathroom while being able to stay nice and warm as the season is cooling off was essential! This place had Everything we needed for our trip.
