A stunning setting for my rescue animals and I found this property in 1996. It has a large barn where my pot bellied pigs sleep. In early Bartlett NH days, it was part of a 40 acre spread owned by one of the oldest families around here, The Garlands. Enjoy 2 peaceful acres along the beautiful Saco River, featuring a mix of wooded privacy and open field space for tents or small campers. Relax by the river, enjoy swimming, fishing, or kayaking, and unwind in a quiet natural setting with plenty of room to spread out. Perfect for a peaceful getaway or a basecamp for outdoor adventure. You can also check out Alpine Garden Camping Village & Winery across the street!Peace and quite under starlit skies in a rural village very close to bustling activity in Mount Washington Valley, NH.
