¡¡Sunshine studio is Beautiful!!
We spent a couple of days enjoying incredible views, nature and peace, lots of peace.
The place has all the services (100% ecological), is surrounded by nature and the best thing is that you can sleep watching the stars and wake up with the sunrise (all from the bed).
Francis was an incredible host, it shows that he has invested a lot of love into his property.
I would love to return one day!

Live Oak Loft is a little slice of heaven. Not that I want the secret to get out. ;) The loft is quite and comfortable, with a beautiful vista view. The rustic construction ever leaves a doubt that you are in a special place. The land owner Francis is also a breath of fresh air, and just as much a treat to meet such a special human being. The camp comes equipped with a kitchen up the hill stocked with all the necessities. There is also an open air shower near the loft with a view too good to be true. And really friendly chickens, I forged a really special friendship with one chicken who really appreciated ukulele music. I think I made a friend for life. :)

Clean platform nestled in the mountains, complete with chairs, table, and even a sink!
The landowner was welcoming and kind. He regularly uses the communal kitchen, so it was well stocked and ready to be cooked in. The gas stove and kitchen sink made it easy to cook our food and clean our dishes.

Such a great quick escape! Off a dirt road on top of a breathtaking ridge, you are greeted by a friendly host and his organic farm. Staying in the treehouse is a fancy take on camping. We really enjoyed soaking in the views from the loft as well as from the outdoor seats perched on the ridge and even from the outdoor shower! The camp also conveniently includes an outdoor kitchen, running water, and even a compost toilet. This is all the fun of camping with a lot less effort. We also enjoyed nearby swimming holes and the vicinity to Groveland to grab necessities.

Such a peaceful, magical site. Francis was nice and offered some fresh veggies from the garden. We had a little lizard in our tent. I'm guessing we were the guests. There are a few bees and the flies could get a little irritating but they leave you alone pretty much after you shower in the best outdoor shower ever. The view was amazing. Coming up here, we did get a little lost but it's because we didn't realize that this place was higher up. They continue to build things around there. It's a fairly new site. Francis said they are working on barn. Can't wait to go again!

The place has a really nice view, very well equipped kitchen, shower with a open view, water and toilet for necessities. Its located in a secluded area, but still close to the host house in case you need something. Francis lives in a sustainable way and that is reflected all across the property, so this makes a great experience for whoever wants to get away from the city life without being completely in the woods. The loft itself is really charming, cozy and detailed, the host has put chairs in all the right places, so you just have to worry about enjoying your stay there.

Live Oak Loft is such a special place. We had a ton of fun staying in the Treehouse watching the stars and sunrise and showering in the outdoor shower! Also playing with the friendliest, cutest little farm dog i've ever seen!
This is a perfect place to stay for a trip to Yosemite. (~1hr drive to the Valley Floor) Groveland is also super close which has gas, full grocery store, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, pizza places, etc.

This is hands down one of the coolest Land Share properties I've stayed on. Frances (The Land Owner) just recently moved onto the property and is making amazing improvements to it every day. (We found him working away bright and early on Saturday morning when we woke up.)
The Loft is a luxurious treehouse with a full on bed that sleeps two with plenty of windows and screens to watch the stars at night, and sun rise in the morning—all while keeping the bugs out.
Perhaps the coolest aspect of the property was the solar powered outdoor shower. Nothing like take a steamy shower overlooking the forest.
When staying in the Loft you have full access to the huge fully stoked outdoor communal kitchen and insanely clean compostable toilet!

The Loft is a really funky wooden treehouse situated on top of a ridge which overlooks some great rolling hills. Was perfect for the two of us and the Farm has some cool facilities like an outdoor (yet private) shower and outdoor kitchen. The loft was within walking distance to facilities yet far enough away to provide privacy and solitude. The Farm itself is really close to Groveland for all your food/fuel requirements and only 30 min from the amazing Yosemite. The farm owner, Francis, is really helpful and an abundance source of information for Yosemite. Definitely recommend this place if your looking for an eco friendly getaway and as a stepping stone for the NP.

At Mariuolumne, the garden is actually AMAZING, right above the awesome outdoor shower. Gets a little brisk at night, but it's nice when you're snug in your sleeping bag. Gorgeous views all around you, and so close to Yosemite. Hope to come back soon!!!

I stayed at camp Mariolumne for about a week and it was amazing! The best part is the oudoor shower and the view!! Not to mention the relaxing vibe and the fresh veggies. I definitely recommend staying here :)

Wow. Not only is this place amazing today, I can't wait to come back & see how it evolves over time! Francis, the landowner is awesome, and has quite the history and knowledge of the land from 10+ years working at Yosemite. Love this place. Go!

It's amazing place in the nature.
We have the outside shower with the best view and Francis is a lovely people who know his country and a good suggestion for the hike.
