Timber Creek Campground

If you want to stay on the west side of Rocky Mountain National Park, this is where you want to be. Well, it’s actually the only place you can be. Timber Creek is the lone campground in the area, but there’s plenty of room for all to stay. It has a primo location right by the Colorado River, where you can see fly fishermen teasing the water with their lines, hoping to snag a Rainbow Trout for dinner.
