Hidden Creek
WOW simply stunning camp spot
Wow! We loved our stay on this beautiful property. I was worried it would feel super dry given the summer we’ve had, yes a little dry but the beautiful pine Forrest and autumn trees were so so pretty! We camped at Hidden creek with our two kids and two dogs. It was a perfect spot, nice and private behind some big leafy trees but still close enough to the main building with little shop and a short walk to the hot shower. The kids loved feeding the alpacas and you can purchase bags of feed from the little shop. The hosts Nola and Errol are lovely and we will 100% be back. There are some great walks you can do and we spotted lots of kangaroos behind the property on one of the tracks and also the following morning 3 kangaroos by the main house. We found it very dog friendly, you must keep your dogs on leads at all times and pick up after them so bring dog bags 🙂

Running Brook Site 2
Had two nights here. Loved it. Nice and quiet, beautiful trees and birds surrounding the site. Only thing to consider is you are directly next to one other site. My neighbours were quiet so wasn't a drama at all. Also ground is too hard for tent pegs but there was no wind so didnt need. Toilet and camp sink is 50m away which is perfect. Errol the owner is lovely. Would recommend. Perfect location right between Balingup and Nannup. No signal at the campground but there is at the toilets

Running Brook Site 2
Our site was very uneven, could be improved fairly easily.

Running Brook Site 2
We had a wonderful time at Lewana. The pine forest view was beautiful and the stars were amazing. We loved waking up and getting a coffee or hot chocolate.

Running Brook
This place could be great, however a few things let it down. Running Brook site 1 is much closer to site 2 then we were expecting. As in close enough to hear the conversations the couple next door were having in their tent. I’m sure they were not thrilled to be right next to a young family either. We paid $470 for 5 nights for 2 adults 2 children 1 dog. I do understand hip camp charge high fees, however the cost is just too high for us to justify staying here again. The plus side is there is some great bike riding in the area, the stars at night are incredible and with a bit of tlc the property could be beautiful.

Hidden Creek
Very peaceful and relaxing stay at Hidden creek. This is our 3rd time here and it didn’t disappoint. Perfect spot for a bit of hilly gravel cycling, perfect weather to enjoy the quiet surroundings and watch the birdlife.
