Amazing views

We are closed from 1 Dec through to 31 March due to High Fire Risk. Our 43-hectare property is on the edge of the Darling Scarp behind the historical Fairbridge Village. Only 1 hour south of Perth, so it is close enough for a quick weekend getaway but far enough to enjoy the silence of the bush. There are elevated campsites with views west towards Mandurah and the Peel Estuary, northwest views toward Perth City, and three dams on the property. Guests must be fully self-contained, as no toilets or showers are available. Just amazing views :) Some locations are suitable for tents only, and some for caravans only. 4WD/AWDs are recommended as most sites are not easily accessible with a 2WD vehicle, especially during winter. Dog friendly. Campfires are permitted in designated areas with the host's approval (depending on fire restrictions). We are closed over the summer period due to increased fire risk.

Site 1 - Jacaranda

Absolute crazy prices! The additional cost of $11 per child per night , aged 8months 2years and 4 years. Plus hip camp fee. Owners emailed to claim insurance coverage and we needed to pay additional cost each child- later we found out Hipcamp provides this with their own fee🤯 this paddock cost $225 for 3 nights. money grab.

Redgum Water

Nice spot but site isn’t very level at all. Very rocky and the entire site was a bit of an ants nest. Probably nicer in winter but not ideal on the slope.

Woodlands

Great spot tucked away under the trees. Plenty of shade, a big site and a great outlook. Check in process was easy and straightforward

Site 2 - Jacaranda

A much needed retreat

Nice and isolated with plenty of distance from other campers and not too far from Perth. A stunning view of open landscape and a dam which was relaxing to sit by and try out luck at fishing. Very impressed and we will definitely be back!

Bush Camp

Location is great, as advertised. We were caught out by the non-forecast winds, lost our gene power but still had an awesome time; dogs, dams and board games. Solar camp kitchen and sunny was a welcome surprise.
