B/S Farm site 1

It was really fun staying on a rustic real farm. We are total animal lovers and we spent so much time loving on the sweet resident animals. The RV site had an electric and water hookup as well as a sewage dump, making it a perfect place for RV campers like us. Best of all, the site was situated right next to the animals and we loved being so close to them as we hung outside. Further back on the property is an amazing pond perfect for fishing or just admiring all the amazing wildlife it attracts. Stuart was a wonderful host who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. He was also kind enough to offer us ripe fruit and veggies from his garden! We also got to enjoy fresh laid eggs for our camp breakfast in the morning.

We went from California to Pennsylvania camping at a few different spots and this is by far our favorite place! Right away it felt like home. We were so comfortable here and felt very safe. Stuart was very welcoming and ready to help with any of our needs. Him and Angel and the neighbor Joe Joe are great people! It was nice getting to know each of them and sharing stories and chit chatting. Our toddler LOVED all of the animals, so did we! Everyday she woke up and first thing she wanted to do was go outside and see the pig and donkey and chickens. The pond was awesome too! Every time we went to fish we caught something. Lots of fun for all of us! Just down the road about 5 minutes is a grocery store and a little further the cute little downtown of Berkeley Springs. We walked around down there which was nice but the best part about town was the pool, which was $5 to get in. It's filled with spring water. Outside the pool there's an area where you can get your feet wet in the springs and the kids can play it. It is very refreshing on a hot day! Ten minutes the other direction is a state park that has a lake you can swim in, hiking trials, golf course and an off road mountain bike trial. There are so many great things about the farm. We have enjoyed every minute of our stay and can't wait to come back!

Stuart was helpful and communicative ahead of our arriving. We loved the farm animals, our dog was allowed to run free and the site felt private even though it was close to the town for provisions. Would stay here again.

Amazing place, we are already planning to go back!

Initially, I wasn't too certain about the choice to stay here. However, Stuart pointed out that there was a more secluded space down near the pond, which they are actively working on improving around there as well. The space around the pond is perfect to those seeking nearby seclusion. The animals on site are awesome to visit with. Then there is also a good site next to the animals for RVs to set up.

Stuart is excellent host. Enjoyed meeting Angel and Joe too. We enjoyed our stay very much. Rustic and rekaxing. Able to take nice walks by the pond, sit by fire ring or visit with the many animals. Will visit again when possible.

Stuart has a special thing going here. We had all of the hookups we needed for water, electricity, and sewer along with the seclusion and privacy that we were looking for in this camping trip. All was situated on a working farm with lots of animals for us to watch and enjoy. Stuart was a great host, very accommodating, and even gave us some farm fresh eggs for our breakfast. I would definitely visit again!
