Learn more about this land: This property has 7 acres of mowed fields, great for kite flying, ball throwing, it's long enough to use as a driving range.   Easy pull in pull out for  RVs.  There are 20 acres of woods with paths and clearings for tent camping.  We keep the campers to a minimum of 4 tents in the 20 acres of woods so you have plenty of privacy.  Tons of birds and active wildlife,  we are near Shepherdstown WV and Harpers Ferry WV.       Adjoining the land are additional large fields for hiking.

      The place was very quiet and easily accessible. Thing went as expected. Sandra was a great host. Would defiantly stay there again.

      Really lovely campsite! Their dog Ralph was very sweet and got along great with our dog. We felt like we had plenty of privacy and space to set up.

      Peaceful secluded camping.
      Sarah was very nice and greeted us as we arrived. The campsite was very secluded and peaceful. Lots of mowed trails to walk around. She let us pick berries which there were plenty of. I definitely recommend bringing your own firewood to assure you have dry wood for a campfire. She was kind enough to offer us wood for a fire but unfortunately it was too wet. We had a great stay and had the place to ourselves.

      Well maintained campsite
      The campsite was really well maintained. Had a really great experience 9/10. There was another group that we couldn't see but we could absolutely hear their loud music. The directions getting to the site were a bit confusing. We ended up in the neighboring property. I would suggest calling Sandra beforehand. You might get poor phone service there.

      Amazing spot!
      We loved the secluded area. The host was very nice and accommodating and it was easy to find! Great hikes in the area! Would book again!
