Unlevel ground. No privacy.
Two positives: Security and clean portapotty. However, the space for your camper is very limited. No room to put out an awning. We literally had maybe 2 ft between camper door and side of the garage. Had to use a 4x4 under one tire to get camper level. Host said he would be around, but I didn't realize that meant he would be staying there also in his camper just a few feet away. He was adding trees and trying to improve the privately from neighbors at least. I recommend the host block out the weekends he is going to be on site to give campers more privacy. Lastly, you'll need a long water hose to reach connection.

Great peaceful spot
Gorgeous views, great host communication, private, and quiet. Close to town and water. We had a blast!

Steep drop offs and no flat land
Is was unclear if Paul was on the property. Also, there was no flat land for tent camping, and the view was blocked by the house in front. It was very difficult to get from one part of the backyard to the other because of a steep drop off without steps/stairs from one part to the other

Paul has a nice spot with a great view of Lake Chelan. Water and a clean bathroom were provided.
