Lily Ridge is nestled in the forest in the Newport, WA area just a few miles from the Colville National Forest. We just purchased the property last year and are growing it using permaculture and organic gardening principles. Our main area where the family lives is referred to as center camp. This is where the outdoor kitchen and fire ring are. The camp site is a separate private forested area with its own parking and is a short walk to center camp.
Bring your own tent, trailer, or camper. We do not have RV hookups. The booking is for a private camp site with its own parking space (can fit 3-4 cars, contact us if you plan to arrive with more than 4 cars and we can make arrangements for you.) The fire pit and outdoor kitchen is in center camp. We can accommodate a range of camping experiences from survivalist to glamping. Join us for hot dogs at night or have the fire pit all to yourselves, just let us know.
We have a private indoor restroom with a composting toilet. There are propane and charcoal stoves available for use (please bring your own charcoal) as well as a seasonal outdoor kitchen (currently open - includes propane stove, power outlets for charging small electronics, drinking water, and some cookware.) Well behaved dogs are welcome on leash only.
Although we're quite rural, we're also only about a 20 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. We are a few miles down a bumpy dirt road. It's passable most of the year in a standard sedan but if you're visiting in Winter or Spring you will need a vehicle with 4WD.
There are a large number of lakes within a short driving distance. The closest are Diamond Lake, Davis Lake, and Sacheen Lake. There are public boat launches and public beaches available. Just let us know if you would like a recommendation.
NOTE: Please plan to arrive during daylight hours so we can meet you and show you to your campsite. If you need to arrive after dusk please message us prior to booking.

It was a nice place to camp in a secluded area right by Newport WA. The owners were very nice and welcoming, and they encourage you to hang out around the fire pit with them if you want to, or stick to yourself in the camping area. You can pitch your tent anywhere on their property so you can feel very alone and deep into the woods! When we were there, the mosquitoes were horrible! Which is just an unfortunate time to be there, so we are excited to come back when the bugs are so bad! Over all it was a great place to set up camp and be still in the woods.
Tamsin and Duke are excellent hosts! They are enthusiastic about sharing what they have learned while homesteading on their property. The WiFi is SUPER FAST too! There is plenty of room, a nice fire ring, and great camaraderie. Can't wait to camp there again!
Woods, squirrels, and screaming fast fiber internet, what more could you want for a back-to-nature remote office? Let the frogs serenade you to sleep and rely on rooster reveille to wake you up. Great campfire, super friendly hosts. Would camp again.
