Great spot. great price.
What a view!
Great, quiet location with a sweeping vista of mountains and forests, exceptional sunrises and even better sunsets.
I also fed a horse!
Google Maps sends you to a junk yard next door, but other than that...
Such a fun Hipcamp experience. Allana was so gracious sharing her precious animals with us (my boys pet, held and played with cute kitten and also met a 2 month old pony!) and her beautiful property. View of Blue Ridge was awesome and hook up and water was super easy and convenient. Highly recommend!
Great stay at la la land!
Allana was great. We enjoyed visiting with her and her family, including the animals. The location was perfect, with easy access to hiking and river soaking. The star gazing was a nice surprise. We definitely recommend La La Land!
We had a great time
We had a great time at La La Land Farm. Upon arrival we were greeted by our host whom gave us a quick orientation ( location of water & power) offered to assist us if need be and augment our supplies if we left something at home. We were also given a pretty comprehensive list of activities and amenities in the area. We purchased a firewood bundle which was a generous amount for the cost of $5. I recommend buying the firewood bundle. The host generously let us fence our dogs in a horse stall while we got our camper set up.
There are numerous trails to walk, privacy and a beautiful setting overlooking pastures and mountains under a blanket of stars.
This was the perfect site for getting away without large crowds of a campground. The site overlooked beautiful horse pastures and mountains. Lots of room to run and play, but completely private. The hosts were incredibly welcoming.
An hour from the Safari Park and half an hour to Crabtree Falls. Great location to be able to hop around and see multiple things.
Lovely farm field.
We had a lovely one night stay in a field on this farm with horses greeting us in the morning. Level parking close to the barn with water and house electric hook up. Host greeted us on arrival.
Excellent experience - 8 of us stayed on the groupsite and we all had a fantastic time! The views are amazing and the kids loved exploring the property and visiting all the animals. Allana was very generous with her time with the kids, inviting them to help her feed the horses and chickens in the morning. The kids also did the horse experience and loved learning about the horses and getting to ride! Absolutely recommend and would love to return!
Beautiful views and memories
Our family had a wonderful time here, and Allana was an extremely gracious host.
She and her husband were so patient and genuinely happy to make our stay enjoyable. They went out of their way and supplied a rainbow the evening of our arrival too, haha.
Our kids loved interacting with the animals on the farm and especially the horse experience. They learned so much about taking care of horses in addition to riding them.
The location was also a short drive to many beautiful areas for other activities, but we were content exploring around LaLa Land Farm and relaxing while taking in the views.
