A beautiful spot in the woods. Definitely a good visit for fall, the sun looked so pretty coming in through the leaves. The host was such a nice lady. She gave us cookies straight from the oven! 10/10 would recommend.

Staying here was an amazing experience. Carol was an amazing host with a beautiful property. She gave us a tour of her property and allowed us to chose where we wanted to camp. There were 2 campsites: one near the house and one that was farther away. We opted for the campsite that was farther away. Carol left us with a golf cart to transport our camping gear to our site which was nice. The campsite itself was clean and well taken care of. I would highly reccomend coming if you have the time.

It was raining but Carol gave me the full tour to let me pick out my spot. A delight to talk to along the way.
We had a wonderful experience staying here! The site was beautiful and Carol was very kind and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend staying here, and I hope to return soon!
We visited Carolzy’s Secert Garden for a family camping trip and it was above everything we expected! Carol showed us great hospitality and the site was wonderful! I was traveling with two kids on their first camping trip and they absolutely loved it! Carol was very accommodating and friendly, she even invited us to join a family gather she was hosting when we arrived. I felt safe and was glad I found this camping site! We will definitely be camping here again!
Being greeted by Carol’s beautiful presence kicked off our weekend with big smiles! The campsite was more secluded than I’ve ever experienced before; the preparation of the site and accommodations were so much more than I expected. Carol’s hospitality was so comforting and warm, there is no doubt we will be back. Garden views, fresh farm eggs from her neighbor, and her spunky, adorable pup Roxi made us feel like we’ve come home. I’ve already raved to friends, family, and camp-lovers alike about our amazing stay at Carol’s and our first hipcamp experience! (P.S. we’re even Snapchat friends with Carol now, she’s honestly the best!)
A cozy butterfly-filled oasis in the woods. Carol has several camping spots on her beautiful property. We stayed in a secluded spot surrounded by the woods and loved the sounds of nature. She leant us a golf cart to get our supplies to the spot, and we loved meeting her tiny pup Roxie. A great spot to camp!

Carol was a great host and the camp site/area was great. I would come back here in a heart beat and would recommend to anyone.
Beautiful woods and the campsite was wonderfully secluded , at night you felt like the only person in the world ( that’s a good thing) I have to cram everything in short vacations so I wanted to camp close enough to get to downtown Richmond and her place was perfect. The campsite was safe and clean and carol greeted me with a beer a sweet tiny dog and a golf cart ride to hoof my stuff effortlessly to the woods. She has an Airbnb in the wonderful house as well so if you’re on the fence you have options. I would absolutely stay again when I return - thanks carol!
