Large campsites along the river, real nice beach area, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, fishing, swimming, farm animals. Access to Kingdom Trails (5 mins)- mountain biking, Burke mountain (5 mins), Lake Willoughby (10 mins), Dog Mountain- outdoor music (10 mins), lots of local restaurants and farmer's markets. Here is a brief description of each site: Sites 1, 2, 3, 7 are tenting sites along the river and are our most popular sites if your looking for a place to kick back and relax while enjoying the Kingdom. Site 6 is also very popular and can accommodate campers/pop ups/vans/tenting. Nice view of the river and easy access to the water. Sites 4 and 5 are not along the river and are easy access for pop-ups, vans, or campers 20' and under. These two sites are great for campers looking for a short stay or late arrival. Also ideal for larger groups looking for two sites together that are convenient to get in and out of on a quick weekend trip. Currently site 4 is blocked, but can be opened up for a group looking to join site 5, or someone looking for a place to stay. Send us a message through Hipcamp and we can open this site for you if interested. Sites 4 and 5 are a short and easy walk/access to river. In addition, our large barn (50’ x 80’) is for campers to use to either hang out or a place to get out of the rain. The barn can also be used to store things - such as bikes, coolers, gear, or whatever you may have that would be best undercover on a hot or rainy day/evening. There is plenty of open room. In the big barn we have bundles of firewood for campfires @ $5 per bundle. We also have available fresh farm eggs @ $3 per dozen. Campers can pick up anytime in the barn refrigerator if interested.

What a wonderful hosts!
The place is heavenly! Lot of space. Dog friendly, outside hot shower, clean bathroom, place to stay in a barn with basketball court if it rains! The campsites are really neat and to next a beautiful creek where you can swim. A bit far from the car but there is 3 other options for car camping.

Beautiful and peaceful
Only a few sites so you don’t have to worry about big crowds. Few goats and some mini horses. Clean bathroom and beautiful barn.
We arrived super late and had no issues, very accommodating.
(The barn is perfect for a wedding or a big gathering)
We would definitely go back

Thank you Rosario, we really appreciate the review. It was great meeting members of your family. Hope you all had at great time visiting Willoughby Lake during your stay with us. It’s such a beautiful lake. Take care and come again the next time your in the area. Chelle & Eric
So glad we found Dream Acres. Folks were super friendly, and down to Earth. Sites 1,2,3 are right by the river, which is cool and clear and was great to cool off in.Sites 4 and 5 were a short walk to river. Shoot some hoops while there! Check out the mini horses and goats.
Ad said no shower but a new outdoor shower with warm water was just installed!
The walk from shower and bathroom from river is short, but hill is steep. Was ok for us, but might be an issue if it had been raining or have trouble getting around. Not really a big deal.
Thanks so much to our hosts, we loved it.

Site was awesome, the river was great to cool off in the july heat. I would recommend it to anyone. Stayed at site 3. Friendly goats and horses on the farm.

Thank you Tyler. We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay. We hope you will come back and visit us in the future. Happy camping ⛺️ Michelle and Eric
Our stay at Dream Acres was fantastic! We arrived late at night but our host Michelle had kept a light on in the barn with instructions on where to find things. We missed the turn onto the property when driving up because it was dark and it’s difficult to see from the road. A tip: if driving north, it’s just before a sign that reads “West Burke storage”. Michelle was super helpful with questions we had before arriving and was quick to reply. She came to greet us our first morning and asked if we needed anything. The site was really nice and clean. We were on site 1 which is super spacious, but is in full sun. The river is great! The barn is very cool and served as a great shelter when we got caught by a downpour while cooking our dinner. We’d without a doubt recommend staying here. Friendly host and a relaxing beautiful setting - what more do you need!?

Thank you Valerie. We enjoyed having your group at Dream Acres. I’m glad you used the barn for shelter and enjoyed the river. Please come visit us again. Happy Camping ⛺️ Michelle and Eric
