Long ago in a land far away, there once existed a small neighborhood tabernacle and a schoolhouse on an area that is now part of the 400 acres of the Rolling Meadows Ranch. Our little slice of heaven is located at Ranch 12 and is 10 acres of meadow with a hidden creek nestled in our little forest. As you rummage about the land you can often find trinkets that remain from the previous existing structures! You will encounter an abundance of wildlife from rare insects to many birds, bunnies, deer, turtles, etc. We have lots of trees so you can catch some shade and will have a full pecan and fruit tree orchard with 2 bee colonies set up by the end of Spring 2018.

Welcome to Thrasher's Tails and Trails: The Triple T Spot Ranch. Come enjoy a wonderfully diverse slice of heaven in the form of 10 acres of hidden Hill Country in Texas. We are nestled at the intersection of 35W and 35E, and we are within 1 hour of downtown Dallas (I drive it every day!) and about 35 minutes to Waco. We are also very near to the beloved Czech Stop Bakery in West, Texas!
Our beautiful land is a part of the Rolling Meadows Ranch Subdivision which is over 400 mostly raw acres! If you are lucky enough to come enjoy the farm, you will get to experience breathtaking Texas sunsets, dense fog, the calming sounds of the winding creek, my beautiful Freisian mare (Bohnne) who loves to be fed and pet, the amazing wildlife (many types of birds, butterflies, moths, owls, roadrunners, bunnies, deer and much more). Price includes tent with 2 bedded twin air mattresses (bring your pillow), a folding table with push lights, a rechargeable flashlight, and a first aid kit. Upon request (no extra charge), we have available for checkout solar charging stations for electronic devices, portable gas cooktop, portable charcoal grill, cast iron skillets, and portable composting toilet. You are welcome to charge your portable electronic devices at the Tiny house :0) Come enjoy the country life and leave the stress of the rest of the world behind!
