Upon our arrival we were greeted by the friendly face of Janice. Janice, and her husband built their dreams on this land, and her passion for the work she does shines through the property. Our cabin was equipped with everything we needed to have a great time. My favorite aspect of our stay was the diverse range of animals that were present. Dogs, kittens, goats, horses, and a friendly pig. Janice made sure we felt at home, and even brought us along to do some farm activities. If you want a great weekend experience, make a visit here.

The cabin is nestled up against the woods, and is quite inviting! The view when you walk in! You'll be impressed with how well decorated the cabin is.Janice takes you along with her to feed the animals and show you how life on the farm is.A beautiful day on the pier.

Nature, petting animals/horses, each other and getting away from the crazyness of life! I had an amazing stay at Twin Valley. By far the best part was going along for farm chores in the morning with Janice. We got to feed the many horses, goats, pigs, and all of the amazing cats of the property. I've never had so much fun with cats. They were all so friendly and sociable! Fox the dog was along for the whole ride in the back of the truck.

It was really fun hearing the history of the property and the area. I live on the West Coast so it really was great getting the full download of how things have evolved over the years in this part of TN.

My friends and I cooked a full meal in the kitchen and had great showers. Will need to return to try out the jacuzzi tub and stay for much longer here! There really is everything you need, and it's really peaceful and entertaining to be around all of the animals. Amazing all around :)

Hello Annelise! Thank you so much for taking out the time to write such a nice review. I enjoyed you and your friends very much and by all means welcome back anytime! I am glad you enjoyed the cats! Never a dull moment with the goats, pigs, cats and the dog bossing everyone around! The morning chores were great with you all even though we had to go hunting up the ones who "slept In" But what a pretty picture they made all perky and happy to see us. Till next time......Happy Trails! JAN

Janice’s farm is a great place to vacation near the great Smoky Mountains NP ! It is a working farm, with horses, dogs, cats, miniature horses, goats, pigs and bunnies! The cabins are beautiful! We loved our horseback rides, on trails w all the wildflowers in spring. We helped groom the horses and helped feed the adorable farm animals. This makes it a special experience for children, and teaches them valuable life lessons along the way. WiFi/ cell service is spotty and kids were outdoors and playing IRL! The owners love, pride toil and sweat is obvious here and I felt lucky w support and enjoy this special place. I can’t wait to come back and stay at the Lucas cabin & also camp this fall in the wilderness spots. Thanks TVR farm! We luv u!!
