One of the best campsites we've ever covered while scouting - amazing sweet family who has manicured their property for Hipcampers perfectly. Anybody would come here and rave about their stay. Showerhouse, picnic tables and overhang shelter available or sleep in privacy just beyond the treeline. 10/10.
I chose Blackberry Row for my nephews' first camping experience. Before our trip concluded they asked if we could come back next year. It is safe to say we all had a great time. The land was beautiful with plenty of space and animal friends running around for the kids to chase. It's a great place for families/ a little bit of glamping.
Great place to get away and relax
We had a great time camping at Blackberry Row. We planned to visit the Amish farms in the area, and the campground was only minutes away from all of them. Thomas and his family were wonderful hosts who made us feel completely welcome on their farm. We enjoyed all of the farm animals especially the chickens that paid us a morning visit. The pavilion was wonderful and we used it as a porch to keep our chairs and other equipment dry through the night. Our dog Marleigh also enjoyed hanging out on the farm.
Exactly what one hopes for!
We've been to a lot of HipCamp farms before in the southeast and this one was by far the best. The owners are friendly and knowledgable, the animals are friendly (Oreo the cat followed our son around for about 3 hours), and the property is beautiful. We would make a trip out to TN again for the sole purpose of staying here.
We had a great stay. Nice and peacful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Tom was great in helping us get to were we were parking our fith wheel and helped us get connected. His children came and played with our grandchildren and they had a fun time on the farm with the turkys, goats chickens and other animals. We would love to come back but my wife said we must call and make sure Tom's kids will be home as well.
We loved our camp experience at Thomas’s farm! We got a new camper and tried it out on his property and it was wonderful! Thomas and his family are super sweet and all the animals there were just as friendly. The composting toilet was easy to use and had great privacy! We for sure will be back!
This place was Awesome! Thomas has the perfect set up with plenty of room, a pavilion and a bathroom built in. He has electric outlets for charging phones and other items and a spigot to hose off with. There is even a waterfall trail (Stillhouse Hollow Falls) about a 15 minute drive that you must check out!
