101 acres hosted by Maria B.
In 2004, the 140 acre historic farm was purchased and was in desperate need of a renaissance of it's own. The colossal renovation began on the 1904 farm house, barn, and out buildings.
David Blackstone, owner of Blackstone Construction is no stranger to renovations, and construction projects, with more than 25 years in business in New England. David brainstormed and oversaw the massive renovation.
The 1904 Victorian farmhouse was fully restored, updated and expanded to accommodate the family and guests.
Currently, the farm maintains more than 30 horses. Our main focus is breeding the rare and exotic horses of Spain, Portugal and Brazil known as the Andalusian and Lusitano. In addition to breeding, training and lessons, Renaissance Farm is home to the Transition Vaulters Equestrian Vaulting Team, gymnastics and dance on horse back.
