Land is located on edge of Horse Creek, which flows into the Tennessee River. Land has water, electricity and sewage dump all onsite next to the RV pad. Community boat launch is near lot, boats launch into Horse Creek. Additional amenities will be added contintiously. Firepit area, outdoor lighting, adriondack chairs. Your pet(s) are welcome with you, must be friendly and listen to basic recall commands.
