awesome. Super secluded. Host offered us more firewood than we could burn. Bath-house is a plus. Hot water!

My family spent three nites at Fairmead and we will definitely return. The host is quite gracious, knows the area well/makes great recommendations, and is a pleasure to converse with. The bath house was immaculate and the campsites are very well maintained. We had plenty of room to hang two hammocks and the shed accommodated our two person tent with room to spare. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed exploring-lots of wildflowers and fireflies. Thanks for a great stay!

Brian was a very welcoming host- even with our late evening arrival, him and his amazing dog Sam came to greet us! Our dog was very excited about it.

The site was exactly as expected and more. The remote location is amazing for star gazing and enjoying the silence. Wish we had more time to spend and enjoy the grounds! The new house he just built on his property from the outside looks awesome. We’ll definitely be back and stay for longer.

Sunrise view from inside our tent. The tree covering was beautiful.

What a beautiful, peaceful campsite. Much better than an overcrowded campground. Wooded and room to roam. Bathroom is a little bit of a walk but super clean and nice bonus! Nice to have a hose onsite. Our kids loved the owner’s dog and seeing the cows. Close to Table Rock. Super nice host - we’ll be back for sure!

I got unlucky and it rained my entire stay, but that's not a reflection on the site at all. The shed spot stayed 100% dry, and the bathroom is as nice as it appears in the photos. I know, I know, it's camping but still, it's nice to have a nice 'facility'. The fire pit is right there, and he had wood and chairs and was in the process of adding a swing. Would be a nice spot to just hang out and relax.

The only thing to watch out for is the dog. He got into everything, tore up some stuff and would not go away. It made it impossible to do anything outside with the dog jumping around. As I was leaving Brian said that some people close the paddock gate to keep the dog out. Had I known that ahead of time it would have made all the difference in how much I got to enjoy the site in spite of the rain.

Brian was a great host! The site was perfect for a quiet and relaxing weekend. (even through a heavy rain storm we were able to stay safe and dry). The whole property is beautiful and the upkeep was great.
The bath house was very clean. Brian was super helpful and great to communicate with. Already looking forward to staying again!
