Crystal Creek Campsite is a large camp area with private access to the creek. Large area with plenty of shade. Dog friendly (on a lead). Campers must be self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and take all waste with them. Our current facilities are unable to be regularly cleaned so will be closed to guests. Campers MUST provide car registration details at time of booking. This is a privately run camp (Operated by Mungulla Station). It is not part of the National Park. Close walk to natural swimming pools which are absolutely picturesque. We offer large shady spots with a few BBQ's, fire pits and amenities. Plenty of fishing and swimming to enjoy. Amenities include hot showers (10 MINS ONLY PLEASE). Access to campsite passes our school so please drive very slowly if your accessing campsite during school hours. Children under 6 stay for free. Do not include them at time of booking. DUE TO CORONAVIRUS PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER Please read all information, rule and directions (provided once you have a confirmed booking) carefully before contacting your host. We have done out best to provide all the information for you so messages should not be required.

Crystal Creek Campsite- Unpowered

Disappointing

The weekend we stayed the camp ground felt really cramped. It was so loud until at least midnight, people were very inconsiderate arriving late at night, slamming doors, talking loudly and shining their car headlights into other peoples camp sites. We got very little sleep unfortunately. The last time we stayed here it was much more pleasant and peaceful.

Crystal Creek Campsite- Powered

Toilets were good just too many people on the Saturday, could not really swim as there was too many people though it’s becoming winter so you know lots of people want to camp , also I had a powered site that was great away from the big crowd though the neighbour played loud music till 4am .

Not Private but great views

Overall we had a great time, however there was no hot water despite the site saying hot showers were available.

Crystal Creek Campsite- Powered

Creek is beautiful 😍

Beautiful spot - however didn’t like where the powered sites are - next to the Rd. Creek was magic - explore there’s more to see. Unpowered sites are in a top location- very pretty. Kids had a blast We all still enjoyed our stay Just wished we weren’t next to the Rd It can get very busy here. Next time I return - I’ll camp in the unpowered site

Crystal Creek Campsite- Unpowered

Spacious grassy sites only a short walk from the beautiful and clear Crystal Creek! Heaps of space to swim and float. However, sites had not been mowed so the grass was quite long and weedy. Amenities also not really maintained. No toilet paper or soap…which it does mention to BYO. But gas was empty so no hot water showers. If these things were improved, the camp would be perfect.

Crystal Creek Campsite- Unpowered

Disappointing

So disappointed that there was not hot water available. Every other time there has been a hot shower available after a fresh cold swim in Crystal creek. We often camp here in winter too, hot shower is essential. There was a huge crowd of campers & caravaners,& a large youth group camping this ANZAC weekend. A large are area had not been mowed that is usually available to camp on. This place could be amazing with a little TLC. No one checked our bookings or anyone else’s. So disappointed…. I may not be back!
