Our property is 6.1 acres that backs up to the scenic Delaware Canal and river.  Across the street and East of us is preserved land.  For the past 24 years, have carefully renovated our home and floral shop and have renovated the gardens and preserved the many trees to create a park like environment for not only ourselves but friends, family and RV enthusiasts.  Come enjoy a tranquil visit along the river!

      Wonderful stay in our small class C
      Absolutely wonderful. Mark and Carlos are awesome, the land is gorgeous, and it's very convenient to Ringing Rocks park and the canal path. Can't wait to come back. Very highly recommended. My wife, daughter and I all had a great time experiencing the nature and manicured landscaping. Site was perfectly level which was awesome because we don't have levelers. Nice and quiet but still close enough to everything we wanted to do in the area. Full hookups was a wonderful luxury.
