2018 WEEKEND RETREATS ARE JUL 12-15 (INCLUDING KIDS) AND AUG 31-SEP 3 (LABOR DAY, ADULTS ONLY).  Come stay 2 or 3 nights and all you need to bring is your tent, sleeping bag or sheets/blankets, air mattress, pillow, towel and camp chair - we'll take care of the rest - three gourmet meals a day catered on site by chefs from the South Umpqua Basin.  We'll have local beer and plenty of local wine for everyone.

It takes a village to put on a Weekend Retreat!  While we are deep in the woods, our local community is part of this experience. Saturday evening we will enjoy live music around the campfire provided by our talented neighbors. During the day you will be able to choose a few activities offered by our community friends, too.  During the day you can hang out at the Summit Prairie and enjoy hiking, relaxing in one of the hammocks or soaking in our spring fed, wood fired hot tub, guided meditations, yoga in the lookout.

Or, you can take a day trip to local sites like Crater Lake, South Umpqua Falls, or a rafting trip down the Rogue River (some of these are at an additional cost).  You could watch a play in Ashland at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, or spend the day milling around the historic silver mining town of Jacksonville.  We'll pack up a box lunch for you if you're going to be gone for the day and we'll all gather again that evening for dinner.

We're planning on 20 to 30 people or so, from all over the world.  The lookout will be open for everyone to hang out in, play cards, drink beer out on the deck. Several meals will be served in the lookout.

The cost of $75 per person per night includes 3 meals each day and beer and wine throughout the weekend. Some off-site activities will be at an additional cost and may need to be booked prior to your arrival - specific info on cost and contact information will be in the guidebook so please read it through. We will help you with arrangements if you need it.

You may pitch your tent anywhere on our 160 acres that you wish.  You choose how much privacy or engagement with other campers as you'd like. (Some of the more remote parts of our property will require a 5-10 minute hike with no car access, and will not be close to water or toilet facilities).
