Campsite #3 We developed these sites with lots of room for privacy just down from Crater Lake. In this 450 acre ranch, 5 acres is for campsites and tipis. So we are only putting 10 sites up for camping and 5 tipi sites (listed separately). Most campgrounds have campers right on top of each other, ours gives you room to hike, see the wildlife, trees and wildflowers, you have space to 'be' here, and that's how we plan on keeping it. We just have a dirt road, and no electricity, all is solar in our desire to keep compatible with the national forest that we are beside. The norm here is to hear the buzz and whir of hummingbirds, dragon flies and and birds of all kinds. You can see the stars at night, and hear cows off in the distance, and since we are beside Crater Lake Highway, we are an easy distance to Crater Lake, so you will hear some traffic now and then. But the road is mostly blocked by many very tall pine and cedar and juniper trees. You are across the street from Pelican Butte, a beautiful mountain range, and also see Agency Lake off in the distance. We now have a propane shower for our campers, check out a towel with us at our office, and shower for free with your campgrounds fee.

This is a beautiful rural camping with a lovely host. We stayed here with tents and an RV and had everything we needed: clean and comfortable toilets and shower, large places. You can even bring your horse and it will have its own gated padock at your camp site.
This was a great camping site. The hosts were very helpful and courteous. The campsite is on dustier land however and a lot of our equipment got dirty because of it. Besides that, the location is not far from great hiking areas, the amenities were amazing and I would recommend it.
Nice spot rude owner
The site was nice, a bit dusty. My main problem was that we arrived at night and were confused by the campsite numbering. They had two #3 sites, we pulled into the first #3 site we saw as we were tired after driving 8 hrs with our three kids. There was only one other person at the entire place. When we woke up the owner came over and accused us of trying to pull a fast one over on her because we were in the wrong #3 campsite, and she was very rude. She insisted we pay an extra $100 and it really soured what was a good experience. We made an honest mistake and paid the extra $'s but she took no responsibility for having caused the confusion by having two campsites labeled #3!
