Exceeded our expectations
The cabin came with more amenities than expected. (Stove, plates, table, flannel sheets, etc.) The bed was warm and super comfortable... more comfortable than my bed at home! The fairy lights around the site and solar lights around the property were lovely. The camp hosts were present and courteous. Chef Jules has amazing meal offerings available if you don’t feel like cooking! Ala cart when you visit her or Dutch Oven meals delivered to your site. Breakfast bowl was soooo good and reasonably priced. There was a water container at the site, but no shower. The trails around the property are nice. We got lost, but turned around and made it back the way we came in. The cabin is a short hill (15 feet or so) from the parking spot and a longer steep hill (15 yards or so) to the meadow, stage, Chef Jules, Doug the dragon boat, goats, chickens, and the port a potty. There’s a composting toilet closer, but I preferred to use the port a potty. The site was spacious, shady, and perfect. We can’t wait to go back!
Great get away spot!
Selfishly we would like to keep this Cozy little cabin in the woods our secret get away spot. We are looking forward to going back to camp out under the stars at one if the open camp sites on our next visit. Nicole was a friendly and welcoming host...and Camp Chef Jules was delightful!
Charming, accommodating, pleasant
Wow! 4 Directions exceeded my expectation in every category! The hosts were so pleasant and accommodating. We stayed in the Tiny Cabin which is the only cabin in the camping site, everything else is tent camping. I flew into Oregon, so it was perfect not to have to worry about all of the camping gear I would normally haul with me! They have a chef (Jules!) onsite who serves coffee and breakfast every morning. If you purchase a dutch oven dinner, they hand deliver it to your site. It was a true "glamping" experience. The food was delicious, the cabin was comfy and stayed cool during the heatwave (got up to 100 degrees in Oregon!). The cabin and campsite have battery powered lights that create a magical ambiance and it really made for a romantic experience. I would recommend this campsite and especially the Tiny Cabin to anyone trying to get away for the weekend! It was a weekend I will never forget.
Awesome stay for me and my son.
Over all our stay was awesome. Beautiful property and well maintained. My 6 year old son loved the goats, pond and dragon boat. The campground was empty which made it very private. I don’t know how it would be if it were full. The only 2 things I’d want are:
-a bigger picnic table as there wasn’t much room for a camp stove and eating.
-a screen door for the tiny cabin. There’s only one window that opens and a cross breeze would be nice without letting bugs in.
Tiny cabin, tiny paradise
The perfect little get away; the camp kitchen at the tiny cabin was well equipped, the bed was super comfy, and the campsite was private and sweet. The hosts had great attention to detail, ran a beautiful site (including a gorgeous two mile hike in the woods), great communication and were very friendly. We had a lovely time and it is a precious spot. Would recommend to friends, for sure. We hope to be back!
Relaxing magical getaway.
Wow! What a magical place. It’s a truly beautiful hidden paradise. Nicole was excellent in communication before and during out trip. Very private campsite with opportunities to be social in and around the meadow if we chose. Social distancing was very easy. The tiny house/camp site came with much more than we expected. They had a large drinking water container, camp stove, propane, kitchen accessories, hammock, twinkle lights, menu from Chef Jules, map of hiking paths and even some homemade blackberry jam. I will definitely come back.
Peaceful. delicious. serene.
Site was beautiful. Kris and Nicole were very friendly and accommodating. Jules was awesome and an amazing cook. Cool trails to hike and explore. All around a good time.
