BRX01, a private peaceful site.
My boyfriend, our dog and I went for a quick weekend camping trip Friday afternoon until Sunday morning. Nick was thorough and prompt to send extra directions/instructions, which I appreciated. The site was very easy to find. We absolutely loved the layout and privacy. And we 100% would book it again.
People have mentioned noise from the trains. I will say it was more frequent than I anticipated (especially on Friday) but it didn't bother me since I did grew up and still live near train tracks. There was also noise from farm equipment, motorbikes and ATVs and plenty of people shooting on their respective properties. None of this bothered me, but it is worth mentioning. We were there in late April, when there aren't too many leaves on the trees. I suspect the spring leaves will help to create a bit of a sound buffer.
We appreciated the stocked and available wood, fire ring, picnic table and ball for our dog. The port-o-potty was an easy walking distance from the site. The winery bathroom took a bit longer to get to, so we only used it once. But it's definitely nice to have to option of a proper toilet and warm water.
We didn't see anyone else during our trip. It was nice to walk the grounds and our dog thoroughly loved being able to play fetch in the field.
This site is a real gem. We can't wait to go back!

BRX04 a private, scenic location.
Great little spot. Would definitely recommend this later in the summer/fall when vegetation has all grown in. At this time of year (end of April), it's not very private and easily seen from the road since the fields are plowed. Also, trains. All the time. But again, great spot and will only get better when things start to bloom and hide it away.

Nice and private but not quiet
The host was quick to respond to questions, and the site itself was very private and nice. The only negative experience was the very active train tracks near the site that ran throughout the night.

My husband and I loved tent camping here. Beautiful area. Host was very kind and helpful. There is a train that goes by often but you get use to it. The ability to use an actual bathroom was wonderful. The firewood was also great.

Not the worst spot
Overall the camp site wasn’t bad, the corn obviously wasn’t up, which may have given it more of a secluded vibe than being able to see/hear the pretty busy road. There was a big spot at the site with a bunch of broken glass bottles and such, we tried to clean some up but it would have taken forever, so we just did our best to keep the dogs away from it. The train tracks were also very busy, which during the day is no biggie. But we were not aware there would be trains and horns numerous times throughout the night making it very hard to stay asleep. Had I known this I may have opted for a quieter spot.
All in all it was not a bad stay and served it’s purpose which was watching the eclipse. It was listed as a spot for totality and we definitely got the experience which was great. It would be nice to see in a description somewhere with clarification about the busy train tracks, as it made it a bit less of a peaceful experience than we were anticipating.
Nick was still great, and quick to respond when I asked a question, however. And I wouldn’t rule
this spot out in the future, after knowing what I was getting into

Secluded without feeling remote
Nick was an EXCELLENT host! Fresh firewood was brought out, and trash pulled during our stay :) he was even willing to let us stay an extra night, but unfortunately I had to go back to work and would have taken him up on it otherwise. The campsite itself was very spacious and secluded. It is located parallel to the train tracks, so if that kind of ambient noise isn't your thing I'd keep that in mind. We had such a great time though! We'll definitely be back in the future the next time we plan a trip to Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
