Do you love bush camping? Ridgetop camping looking out over the Yarra Valley and Kinglake National Park. Access to the Kinglake National Park and 10 minutes to the Toolangi State Forest. Guests will have plenty of space and privacy at their sites. **4X4 RECOMMENDED FOR ACCESS** **CHEMICAL OR OTHER TOILETS REQUIRED, NO WASTE TO BE BURIED** All guests must be fully self sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure. Campfires are welcome in the fire pit provided, please keep them under control at all times and respect any fire restrictions in place during your stay. Wineries nearby. 50 minutes to Melbourne, Tullamarine airport. Short term van storage available. Well behaved leashed pets are welcome. Driveway is steep in to camping area, 4x4 recommended when towing caravans. Lowered vehicles or sports cars may not be able to access the camping area. Peaceful 360 View

Beautiful spot, the best site is up on the ridge where you get the views but that is only one spot so if others are there already don't be disappointed if you have to camp a bit further away from the nice view. We brought our dog and she loved it. Nice and spread out so you likely won't have to camp next to anyone unless more than 2 spots are booked. We got in there fine in our old 2WD campervan (she struggled a bit up the hill but was fine), wouldn’t recommend in wet weather though as there is a steep dirt track up there which would get very slippery if you didn't have a 4wd.

Eagle Ridge

Close to wineries but feels remote

Andrews property is superb! The campsites are right on top of the ridge and offer views across the Yarra Valley in every direction. It’s positioned close enough to many of the great wineries of the region and for day trips to Kinglake, Healesville and Warburton but it’s remote enough that you feel isolated and away from the crowds. Andrew came and said hi on the first night ans we sat around the fire and then left us to enjoy the place by ourselves. It’s a steep drive up to the camp so could be a strain on a 2wd towing in the wet? 4wd is no problem!

Eagle Ridge

Solitude…

Andrew was very accomodating and a great guy. Eagle Ridge is nice and high with beautiful views offering lots of serenity. Camp sites are not close to each other so you get lots of privacy and some good tracks to walk. If you get up early you will see kangaroos. Lots of wood for a fire too. I’d definitely recommend.

Andrew is a very friendly welcoming host. The view from the top of the ridge is wonderful. If you are looking for basic camping close to Melbourne. I highly recommend Eagle Ridge!! Very relaxing.

Great place!
