An off the grid type campground perfect for families and groups. They are in the middle of growing and expanding the campgrounds so I'm super excited to see the changes in the near future.
Firewood for sale and shower rooms are available.
I camped in my car for the night and really loved the sound of the creek just a few feet away from the site. The chilly water was such a relief for the hot and sunny day.
Not what I expected. This is an actual wonderful small family run campground with both tent and RV spots. Absolutely FANTASTIC. They allowed us to switch to a different site backed up to the creek. The hosts checked on everyone every morning . Amazingly clean bathrooms. No cell service and limited wifi makes it a wonderful place to disconnect.
The sweetest hosts I’ve ever experienced! And the scenery is so gorgeous. There are so many great hikes and activities around, and the hosts have great insight into hidden gems!
We really enjoyed the campground, the amenities were great and everything was conveniently located on the grounds. The host was accommodating and very nice and helpful. This campground is also close to many trailheads. We stayed by the creek and really enjoyed the scenery. We will stay here again in the future.
Not as advertised & no privacy
Upon arrival, the host was nice but informed us that the showers were not available because they didn't have a way to disinfect them (for covid-19). We went to our site and the tent sites were basically on top of each other. The tent sites do not have picnic tables. The site to the left of us had someone sleeping in a tent hammock and I literally woke up to the sound of them snoring from inside my van, that's how close they were. The bathhouse does not have any ventilation and so this was my main concern for the coronavirus/covid-19 situation. There is a single door to the bathhouse that leads to both women's and men's bathrooms and all the doors were shut. We left after the first night even though we had 3 nights reserved.
Great host, beautiful property
The host is a genuine and kind guy. He went out of his way to make sure my son and I had a great stay on his property. The camping area is secluded and even the most remote sites are relatively close to the creek, an area my seven year old found quite entertaining .
This place is amazing! The creek was serene to listen to while sleeping. The site was perfect for escaping. The hosts were super nice as well. Lots of families and very green with loads of wild flowers.
