Enjoy this small rustic cabin with surrounding hill views, while in seclusion. You are a couple minute walk from the farmhouse and parking area.

There's nearby hiking trail. We are located 25 min away from Mt. Monadnock and there are several lakes within 20 min of driving. We are just over 2 miles from the Metacomet-Monadnock Trail (M&M Trail), off of Old County Rd. The camping areas are private.  We have two running brooks throughout the property that offer nice spots along its banks, where we have some formal spots. (If you're interested in more primitive camping, please contact us.) Enjoy a nice dip in the cold waters to freshen up. If you want to bathe, please use biodegradable soaps that won't be harmful to the environment.

During certain seasons we have grapes, blackberries, raspberries, peaches, and apples. We raise non-GMO fed pigs and poultry. We have a variety of pork cuts, sausages, bacon and farm fresh eggs available. We have 85 acres of forest, brooks, and open areas to forage from.

We are next to two wildlife management areas. We have an abundance of deer, rabbits, birds, and occasionally you will come across bear, moose, and other wildlife.

Our driveway entrance is directly across from a dirt road named "Benson Rd". We have a sign out front that says "Farm Fresh Eggs". Some GPS systems are showing directions to come off of Old County Rd and then onto Grassy Hill Rd. Grassy Hill Rd is an old road that does not access our property. Please use Fish Hatchery Rd only.

Site 20, aka Beaver Creek, is a larger site which can accommodate up to12 (*NH only allows up to 8 during COVID-19). It is along a brook and abundant with wildlife. There is a beaver hut nearby, visible from the site. There is an old foundation in the site as well. 4WD access for smaller vehicles such as a Jeep or Tacoma. It is a short walk from the parking area.

Site 19, aka Two-Rock Overlook, is a medium-sized site that can accommodate up to 8. It is on a hill with access to the creek and near the confluence of two brooks. It is a short walk from the parking area.

Site 18, aka Creekview, is a small site on a hillside that over looks the confluence of two brooks. It accommodates up to 4. It is a short walk from the parking area.

Site 17, aka Creekside, is our original site and sits in the hollow along the brook. It accommodates up to 6. It features a small lean-to and is close to the outhouse. It is a short walk from the parking area located a top the hill.

Site 4, aka Hilltop, is our overflow site. It sits atop a hill and can accommodate up to ten (*NH only allows up to 8 during COVID-19). It is not near the brook. It is out in the open amongst scrub trees. You can park in this site.

The Cabin is a cozy little cabin with two platforms (bunk-style), with a porch. It is a short walk to the outhouse and you can drive to this site. It comfortably accommodates 2, but the site has room for tents.

If you would like to just camp out in the wilderness, we can accommodate that too, just shoot me a message and we will figure it out.

Firewood is available for purchase at $4.00 per bundle. The Hipcamp website only allows one bundle, but we have many more available.

Currently no cell service available. Please print directions prior to arrival.

Leading up to our stay, Frank was very responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions regarding our booking. He provided clear directions, making our spot easy to find. The site was perfect for our group and we truly had a wonderful time! We specifically loved the extra personal touches in the cabin (the beautiful hides on the benches, the lanterns, the sign in book & even the little broom was super useful!) The area itself was spacious for us to spread out, and having our cars parked on site was really helpful. Watching the stars at night, it was peaceful and secluded. We truly adored everything about the space, it was above and beyond! Thanks again Frank for opening up your property for us to stay! You were so nice and we enjoyed the local eggs and sausages you helped us find, they were delicious! We definitely hope to come back again in the future! :)

Frank was a great host, very accommodating. We ended up extending our stay in the cabin rather than moving to a tent site. It was very clean and had a nice fire pit. We bought some farm fresh eggs, sausages and chicken. We got local brewery and hiking recommendations from Frank as well. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!
