The Handlebar Ranch
Relaxing spot close to Reno
We had a great time staying here! Our hosts were super nice and helpful. Great spot for dogs and kids to roam free. The outdoor shower was awesome, very well built and warm.

The Handlebar Ranch
Great place and close to town
Wow! This place was great! Host met us right away to help get us situated and brought us a bundle of firewood. There were many spots to choose from. A nice open area. Fire pits at each camp spot and water available at many too. We stayed where there was an RV hookup. Plenty of space for our dogs to roam free and no goats heads to get stuck in their paws. There’s no shade so bring your own. Got hot in the day. Cools off nice at night. Bugs but no mosquitos that we saw. The stars at night are amazing. I would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect local getaway for a group
This was a great location, close to Reno/Sparks. The host greeted us upon arrival and ensured we had all we needed. The property is large so it was great for our big group with multiple trailers. We felt comfortable playing music and games knowing we were not a bother to those around us. We were able to bring a small pool for the younger kids and the older kids enjoyed exploring the property. Bicycles were a must! If we had dirt bikes it would have been better 😉. We will be back for sure!

All good for high plains drifters
Hillary and Eric are wonderful hosts and good people. We enjoyed our stay and conversations with them. Easy to find and quiet property. I highly recommend their camp as long as you don't require forest or shade. Bullet their dog is very friendly and enjoy fetch. We have a travel trailer and everything worked out perfect.
