We have picturesque creekside camping sites (be sure to see ALL of the photos!). This 50-acre property is spacious - you won't feel crowded as our HipCamp sites are not side-by-side. Gather your firewood in the woods then relax and enjoy sunrise/sunset views of The Rocky Mountain Front. During your stay, enjoy the creeks and turtle pond. Prepare to see deer, mink, muskrats, beavers and much more. There is real potential for larger wild animals, including bear and moose, to visit the area, so be prepared. We are just 2 minutes from the cow-town of Augusta. It is a charming, small Montana town of 300 people near the Bob Marshall Wilderness. You can grab a beer at the world famous Buckhorn Bar, The Western and The Lazy B or pick up groceries at the historic Manix General Store. Book up-to-the-last-minute!

This was a great campsite! I set up my tent next to the creek, and fell asleep to the sound of rushing water. This place was beautiful, peaceful, and overall a great place to stay.

As great of a campsite as one could hope to find. Nice spot by the creek, tables and chairs for six, nice fire pit with wood and an ax provided. A great base camp on a hunting/fishing trip, or a nice place to stop over before/after a backpacking trip into the Bob Marshall Wilderness. Brad’s easy to get in touch with, and really helpful.

Enjoyed hearing the running water in the creek. Lots of deer, got some great pics of a buck and several doe. It was nice to have the table and chairs provided. The campsite is not located at the actual house address given, it is the property adjacent to the house behind an event venue.

Not a good pic of the doe. The others are video’sMy first night I was in the corner by the only shaded tree.

Brad was a great host and the camp site was wonderful. Very private with tables, chairs and a fire pit. Wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the creek. We had rain both nights and Brad offered the barn in the event us novice campers couldn't handle the weather, but thankfully our tent did great! Great access to Bob Marshall Wilderness for hiking and walking distance to Augusta with Choteau a quick 25 minute drive. Definitely recommend.

What a pretty spot by a river! There was a little construction noise for a few hours on what will be a very pretty log cabin. The host helpfully let me know about a road closure which helped me plan. And he had a nice table and chairs set up right by the river with a fire pit.

Absolutely incredible spot - had to stay an extra night. I will definitely come back. Not exaggerating when I say it is the best spot I have ever camped in - had a wonderful time - lovely swimming hole - very Montana. Host very nice and let us be.

We absolutely loved this camp. The area is beautiful, right on a creek. Was totally private, yet just a few minutes from Augusta. Nice fire pit and wood provided. Can’t wait to go back.
