This is a 76 acre "farm" that has been allowed to rest for the last 20 some years, surrounded by large agricultural fields. There are areas of pasture, woods, and wetlands. This is a very rustic piece of property, with no amenities. Just a chance to get away for some fresh air.

Mind the signs. It's a work in progress. Listen and more importantly contact Beth. Great huge piece of land could have the time of your life or a nightmare. Don't be an idoit. 😀

Great blank canvas kind of property. Plenty of areas to run around and explore. A perfect place for simplicity.

Idk if this lonely chair was here because this is a perfect shade tree, but I used it and loved it either way.Searching for the perfect tent spot with a sunset that lasted forever.Map of the property.Little sign telling you where to turn in! We almost missed it!

Beth and I did not meet, but she was very available through messaging.
The directions were accurate. When we arrived the fields seemed recently mowed and here was a map for reference to choose camp spots.
The fireflies were a lovely touch.
Thanks Beth

We chose the lone tree spot with a great misty morning sunriseA beautiful morning! The map - we arrived in the dark and it was still easy to navigate

Beth let us know right away that her signs weren't out yet and gave great directions. It was spring, and things were very wet; we almost got our car stuck going in as the ground was so soft. A big RV or large camp trailer probably wouldn't have made it. I'm sure during a drier time of year it's fine. There are nice mowed roads all through the property to walk. It was peaceful; lots of frogs and birds. A couple of trains, but far off in the distance. We built our fire in the road to stay away from the tall, dead grass. We did not see any fire rings. This is a beautiful property and would definitely stay there again, just not so early in the year when the ground is so soft and muddy.

Nice open field with a ton of space. Hard to get in and out of because it wasn’t mowed.

We have had an unusually wet spring here and this led to the property being very wet. I would like to try this place again in better conditions to give it a full accurate review. I knew going in the area had some wet spots, but I was surprised at how marshy the entire field areas were. We walked a lot of the property and had trouble staying on dry ground.

The owner Beth let me know that she wasn't able to mow the paths into the field due to it being so wet. It was kind of funny walking through 4-5ft tall grass to try and reach the wooded area in the NW corner. Unfortunately, once we reached the woods we were being swarmed with mosquitoes, even with bug spray on. The woods were not accessible to us because the growth at the field line was too dense to even walk through. We saw some running water just inside the tree line but we couldn't find a way into the woods to explore more. This was unfortunate, because we wanted to camp and do some walking around in the woods.

The map says there are trails in the woods, but I can't say for sure. So it would be nice to go back someday when it has been dry for a few weeks prior to the trip. It seems this property is prone to being wet.

We ended up camping in the field and set up some tarps to provide shade and relief from the hot sun. There are no trees to provide shade except for back at the woods at the furthest location on the property.

I'm hoping that with dry weather and a mowed field that this would be a better camping experience. There are no "set" campsites and the campground is essentially a field and a section of woods. It appears as though it was an old farm field as there are a few pieces of equipment scattered in the tall grass.
