Flat gravel lot located next door to our Coffee Bar, Outdoor Gear Shop, and Hemp Shop. This flexible space backs up to a wooded area, offering added privacy and room to park your RV as you prefer. This is our first season hosting. While we have plans to add more amenities, the current setup provides plenty of space with water and electric hookups. Two shoreline hookups are available (one per site), and two additional sites include 12V power boxes and portable water access. Our business parking areas are active but have no through traffic, keeping your space quiet and uninterrupted. Guests are welcome to use the covered pavilion, which features two oversized picnic tables, 12 Adirondack chairs, electrical outlets for charging devices, ceiling fans with warm overhead lighting, and solar-powered string lights that remain on throughout the night. We kindly ask that fans and lights be turned off when not in use. Covered trash cans are available for small items, and our staff will change the bags. Replacement bags are stored at the bottom of each can. If a can is full, please notify a staff member during business hours, or use the onsite dumpster (bagged trash only). Covered metal cans with attached shovels are provided for smoking nicotine or hemp products. Please do not leave filters on the ground and clean up after use. A small green space surrounds the pavilion. Pets are welcome but must remain on a leash for their safety and the safety of our customers. Please clean up after your pets—doggy bags are available if needed. Property boundaries are marked with stakes, generally aligning with our signage and extending just past the tetherball pole. Cornhole and frisbee games are available in the large storage container under the pavilion—please return items after use. Additional parking for towed vehicles is available free of charge. Our location is ideal for carpooling, rafting the Ocoee, or exploring nearby hiking trails. Food City and several gas stations are less than a mile away. The Bus Bar, located just across the highway within walking distance, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and hosts live music on Friday and Saturday evenings until 11:30 PM—often audible from our property, perfect for enjoying a relaxing “night in” from your RV or pavilion.
