Pitch your tent back by our hidden 16-acre lake, the smaller secluded lake or hike in to a spot away from everything. We have close to 216 acres. We run a small 50-acre farm on the front and have left the back for camping, fishing, hiking and hunting. You may swim in the lake, take a canoe ride around or simply sit back around

Pitch your tent back by our hidden 16-acre lake, the smaller secluded lake or hike in to a spot away from everything. We have close to 216 acres. We run a small 50-acre farm on the front and have left the back for camping, fishing, hiking and hunting. You may swim in the lake, take a canoe ride around or simply sit back around the fire and enjoy the view. Please take a look at sites, as each are different and offer different experiences. If you are interested in holding a family reunion, work picnic camp or just want the lake to yourself-please contact me and we will work it out.
If you have any questions about the spots, please let me know. Also if spots are booked, contact me- we may be able to create a spot just for you and what you need. We have room to grow but are doing it slowly. fifth wheel campers and trailers can be accommodated (without hook ups) at certain spots, generators allowed just let us know.
We have a shed that has all sizes life vests, extra chairs, tiki torches, floats, oars and more. It is a just in case you might have forgot something, it might be in there shed. It is our personal stuff so please be respectful. One day we may have a small store for you but for now- we share. Boats are first come first serve.
Site 1 "Dock spot"- good for any kind of vehicle and pop up campers- right at dock so you may see more traffic of people if you are not the only campers. This seems to be the preferred spot.
Site 2 "Hill spot"- Good for any kind of vehicle and pop up campers. Close to dock but away enough that kids and dogs wont bother site 1. Not much shade, up on a hill with the best view.
Site 3 "Lower dam spot"- Great spot away from everyone but still right on the lake. Almost any vehicle can make it back there. More secluded. Not suggested for pop up campers. We have had a vw van camper make it back there.
Site 4 "Tree spot"- 4 wheel drive suggested if any rain- nice secluded spot in the woods, to the big lake. If we have been dry, most vehicles can get to it. This is a spot more suitable for a couple or small family. May walk or drive over to dock and bring a boat to your spot.
Site 5 "Tree spot 2"- 4 wheel drive suggested- especially in the rain/wet. Nice secluded spot in the woods, access to the big lake. close to site 4 but still private. Very cool spot in hot weather. A littler larger spot than site 4, could accommodate several tents and vehicles.
Site 6 "Seclusion Spot"- this spot is away from the big lake but within walking distance. You have your own mini lake so you may not even want to walk to the big lake. 4 wheel drive/all wheel drive suggested- this is off road but will support pop up campers, tents, van campers. This site will hold several tents, cars etc.
Site7 "welcome view spot"- on top of a hill, perfect for pop up campers, trailers, tents whatever. I call it the welcome spot because it is the first spot seen when people are escorted back there. I will be waving at you every time I take the main road back. A really great view, not much shade right there.
Site 8 "Hidey Hole"- HIKE or ATV ONLY SITE this spot-you may park by the barns or we will drive in to the main lake storage shed and park. From there, a short but nice hike to a hidden spot, if you have a 4 wheeler or atv- you may take that back there to the site. It is not right on the lake- within walking distance of it but not right there. No one will be able to see you, you wont see them.

The Kentucky heartland at its finest. This private lake was hidden away back a beautiful farm road that passed through rolling fields on the hosts' property, and I felt like I was in the absolute middle of no where. Could've stayed a week but unfortunately only had a night. Lots of land to explore, and you can camp right by the lake (which I couldn't resist jumping into). Plenty of space for a small group to enjoy, but welcoming enough for solitude. Hosts were also super friendly and helpful. Definitely a place I'd stay at again!
My boyfriend and I were unprepared for the vastness of this site—We had an entire lake to ourselves, which was just a few steps away from our tent. During our stay we canoed on the lake (and even caught a fish)! Loved this site, and much appreciated the host going out of her way to meet our needs.
I planned a camping trip for myself and 3 buddies over the Memorial Day weekend and we ended up camping at Hidden Lake Farm. My goal was to find somewhere nice and quiet where we could do a little fishing and not have to worry about sound curfews at state parks as we had a few around the campfire, and this place delivered!
Lori and her husband Marlon were both fantastic and made our trip a blast. The site is about a 7-10 minute (off road, on-trail) drive from the house / farm back through the fields and woods to the site. The location was perfect, with a nice grove of trees by the lake and a fire pit all set up and best of all, very private and quiet! They were even kind enough to cut us some firewood from downed trees and lend us a few extra fishing poles. Speaking of the fishing, it was unbelievable! We fished for 5 or 6 hours across our two day stay and easily caught 30+ fish including a few whoppers. They also have a couple of light boats that we were able to use which were quite handy in getting around.
Overall I can’t say enough about the experience. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with some friendly and helpful people – Hidden Lake Farm is the place to go. We hope to return soon!
We had an amazing time at this secluded camp site on the farm! We went fishing, fed chickens and ducks and rode on a pony! My children won’t stop talking about how great it wat! We will definitely be back!
Such a beautiful spot! 216 acres I believe, and it felt like 100+ acres was for us! From having the lake to canoe and fish, (which Lori was nice enough to let us borrow gear) to being able to watch the sunset from a grassy hill, where we set up our tent. Really made us fall in love with Kentucky, hearing coyotes howl in the night, but never too close to our camp (;
Would recommend to anyone wanting a real outdoor feel, without a bunch of other campers around. Oh, and the road was a tad rough, but our Nissan Altima made it in and out without a scratch, just a lil mud! So, not much youll have to worry about!! 5/5!!
What an awesome place! Take a short drive off of the highway and feel like you are in the middle of no where. This place is exactly what our family was looking for! Great hosts! Very friendly and helpful. We're looking forward to going back to try and catch some of those MONSTER BASS we seen photos of. :)
Had a great time at Hidden Lake this past weekend. The lake is very private and well kept. We enjoyed our time on the water, fishing, and the shaded campsite on the right side of the lake. Would highly recommend to anyone!
