Mirror Lake # 1 Cabin Little Elk

We were very pleased with the cabin. Kathy was as amazing as host as you could ask! The cabin was remote and private. Bugs were controllable with DEET and citronella. Since the river was extremely low (we couldn't kayak in it because it was too low), Kathy let us kayak in her lake instead and offered put-in locations near by. She is very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and we will definitely be back to rent the cabins and the B&B in the future!!!

We had a fantastic time staying at the River Cabin. It was just the secluded spot we needed, very beautiful position. The cabin is cute and comfortable. It’s a great way to camp. Thanks Kathy!

We had a great time way back in the woods. Private setting with alot of wild life around. We saw deer, blue heron, raccoon, frogs, turtles, tons of birds, a honey bee swarm, and giant osprey nests on property. We also had a great time canoeing in the river. Kathy was very kind and helpful. We would love to come back sometime.

This is a very private cabin it's a very beautiful farm, cabin sets far off into the woods,( but remember to bring lantern) lol. Had a great time at the river cabin, clean private property

Amazing site, deep in the woods. Lots of space for tents as well as a primitive cabin with two futons. Fire pit with grill provided. Site was clean and easy to get to. Would visit again!

This was our second time coming and it was just a great as the first time. We love the cabin and the site. We will be back again before the snow flies, hopefully.

The place was just as it was described and Kathy was a great host. The cabin is small, but it was perfect as a place to hide from the rain for our group of ten. Plenty of space for cars and tents, canoes and kayak available for rent, grill grate set up over the fire pit. I’d definitely come back!

Our stay here over the weekend was excellent. The property met our expectations. There were only 2 of us, but there is plenty more room to spread out with tents if your group is larger. This is a really great spot to hide out in the woods and recharge for a few days. Can't wait for our return trip!
