We now have 3 buildings for rent. The Cozy Camping Cottage, the Camping Cabin and the newest addition is our A-frame which is the most secluded spot on the land. - Voted best Hipcamp in Indiana to visit for 6 years. - Listed on Rachael Ray Magazine's "8 of America's Coolest Campgrounds" We offer a "Camping Cabin", The "Cozy Camping Cottage" or tent camping in Black Walnut Grove, in an open field, in the woods, or a shady grove. We like to interact with people or you can keep to yourself and have a quiet getaway in the woods. Sorry, but the tree house isn't available to rent since it is my home. I may rent it out in the future. Also in progress is the "Dome" We are on a solar powered, off the grid 30 acre homestead that has 24 acres of wooded land and 6 acres of groomed land. Come explore our land and relax in the "Tree Web", see the 2 story tree house that I live in, have fun on the tire swing, or just sit and enjoy all that nature has to offer. You can explore our interesting topography that has close to 100 foot of elevation changes, our (mostly) dry creek system that starts with 2 springs that drain into 3 sinkholes or walk 3 miles of trails (if you follow each trail from end to end). We love groups - Host your event here or have a group gathering with all your friends and family. We have spaces large enough to host hundreds of people. We welcome pets for camping, but no pets allow in the Camping Cabin. Also be aware that we have 2 friendly dogs on the land that roam freely. - 3.5 miles to Marengo Cave - 7 miles to the Blue River (canoes, rafting and swimming) - 30 minutes to Patoka Lake - 37 miles west of Louisville - 13 miles north of Interstate 64

Eclipse Viewing party
💫👌👍🫶
Being able to spend time on Kerry's land was absolutely amazing! Kerry was SUCH a great host, checking in and making sure we had everything we needed and making sure our time was going well. The land was beautiful, so much open space and trees. There are hand-built cabin type buildings, so many camping spots amongst the trees, a woven nest type thing in the trees that you can sit in, an igloo type building, and lots of paths to explore. It's the perfect place to come, relax and spend some time in nature. Talking to Kerry was so much fun, he's such a smart guy and really knows his land. I'm super excited to come back and see what he's come up with for his land next! I never realized how cool this part of indiana was. The indiana valley is beautiful. 10/10 experience!!!

To eclipse and beyond!
Kerry was an amazing host from start to finish, all while navigating extra campers during the total solar eclipse! He was responsive to messages, easily available to support all needs/requests while at camp and super friendly throughout our stay. My friend and I were strategically placed in an area on the property with other guests that he thought we would vibe with and feel comfortable camping around (and he was right). The bathroom (closest to my campsite) was clean and had a running sink with a power outlet available that I used to charge my phone, feeling safe to leave it in there unattended. There was plenty of space across the property for all of us to be spread out while not disturbing each other and the tree web was a fun added perk for bouncing and stargazing. The land was split with Kerry's neighbor who welcomed us on his side of the property for eclipse festivities and exploration. I enjoyed a hike on-site and Kerry recommended a great hike off-site that my friend and I checked out before traveling home. This was such a wonderful experience and I would totally recommend this site for other campers! It looks like there is even more in store for the future of this land.

Spectacular Eclipse Trip
I decided to book Kerry's site because it seemed like a great place for a chill viewing event for the solar eclipse. All the reviews I read mentioned the wonderful hospitality they received, and that's exactly what we experienced. Kerry helped us pick a site, brought out firewood right too us, and regularly rode around and checked in with campers. The large, open grass area was perfect for everyone to view the eclipse together! The entire property had plenty of space for all the campers, while still being able to maintain privacy. There's new projects being worked on the land, and it's super neat to see the progress! The site is off-leash allowed for dogs, so our pup had a great time getting to explore! We had other dogs coming and going from our tent, and it was a great way to get chatting with your site neighbors around you. The two days we spent there, we really felt very welcome and taken care of. You can tell that they are really passionate about the land and developing the site into a fantastic property. 10/10. We'll be back if we're ever down that direction again. Cheers, Kerry! 🍻

Total eclipse of work life!
Amazing campground & an amazing host! We came on Sat for the Monday eclipse & had a great spot. Easy to get to fun hikes in the area - Kerry recommend Hemlock Cliffs (it was great!!) + trails around Pakota Lake (check out the Brewery & the pizza place about 2 min away!) ++ it’s lovely to even just hike around the campground. Tons of nice people (inc Kerry the host!) & sweet dogs running around, highly recommend!!

Kerry's property is beautiful. There were trails and plenty of spaces to explore. Kerry himself was also very helpful and accommodating. He left us alone but was alone down for entertaining conversation as well.

Camping Cabin
Very comfortable cabin. The land was amazing to explore. Having a Hot shower at the end of the day was a huge bonus to everything.
